Holiday rentals with beach access in Praia do Siriú

Nicolau and his wife gave us a great stay, always very attentive and requested. The place is a great location and with easy access to the beach, providing a lot of tranquility for rest days, but it also has several options to explore the centrinho which is just a few minutes walk away.

It is a comfortable place with everything that you need. The beach front location is excellent, the literal gate faces with the beach sand. There are many shops around, souvenirs, supermarkets, clothing, restaurants of all kinds. Excellent and convenient.

Everything was perfect, the apartment is impeccable, it is much more spacious than what you see in the photos. Two bathroom very comfortable. It has everything to spend a few beautiful days. The blender and capsule coffee maker save you when you stay for breakfast in the apartment. The pool is huge and the park has a lot of greenery and play space that adds up a lot if they go with guys. The beach is a block away or accessing from the direct trail of the building. I got up early to see the sunrise on the beach and the area is very safe. Thank you so much for everything Leonardo, we are very happy.

We had a great stay in Vanda's apartment, she was very kind and was waiting for us to give us the keys and give us directions. The apartment was spotless and has all the amenities to be comfortable. The condo is quiet and well maintained. The location is perfect, with direct beach access and 100 meters from shops and restaurants. Vanda was very kind and allowed us to check out late to match the departure with our return flight. We would definitely like to come back. Thank you very much Vanda!

It was a really nice length of stay The house is exactly the same as in the pictures, it was clean (impeccable) and had all the items in perfect condition of cleanliness and conservation. We stayed at Denise's apartment with my family and had an excellent experience. She was very helpful at all times. The kitchen is very well equipped, which allowed us to cook comfortably. The apartment is cool and cozy, ideal for resting. Also, the location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach. We were surprised by the number of toys for the beach and chairs available, which made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend!

The beach is not very good for bathing, but a few minutes by car has incredible beaches. the place is ideal for those who want to rest, quiet beach, without noise.

I went with my wife and two kids for a week. The house is very beautiful, it was very well equipped and with everything working perfectly. The view from the house to Praia do Rosa is beautiful. Excellent accommodation. Direct beach access by a path next to the house. Very comfortable. Includes chairs and umbrella that are critical to enjoying the beach. Vera, the host, always very attentive. We ran out of gas at 9:00 pm and by 9.30 we were already changing the garrafa. Undoubtedly on our next visit to Florianopolis we will book again

The condominium offers many options, the house is spacious and accommodated all well. The showers have poor contact, which connects each other automatically connects. In the kitchen we miss a knife for bread and also a knife for a meal. We were 8 people and had 7. There was a quarter that the lamp was burned, but it was solved quickly with the help of the porters, very helpful and kind. I recommend it for large classes (8 people and also for families with kids). The beach is very beautiful too. We recommend.

The apartment and condominium are just like the pictures!! Kitchen, living room, balcony and large outdoor space, integrated and extremely comfortable for families! Fully equipped kitchen, nothing was missing!! Bedrooms: very comfortable beds, pillows. Bathrooms: very good showers, cleanliness and great basic items. Very good outdoor area, practical and private access to the beach safely. I hope to be able to come more often!! The stay was great!!

Our stay at Mauricio's apartment was great! I recommend staying there. It has all the necessary appliances, everything is very modern and comfortable. A few steps from the main center of English and the beach. The air conditioning didn't work the first day and they fixed it quickly. We would definitely stay there again!

This place is a gem! Looks even better than the photos, very clean, feels like home. Suzanne took very good care of us at every step of the process and was proactive, responsive and very sweet! We will definitely book again!
