Beautiful and wide house (2700 ft²) by the sea in Ribeirão da Ilha District, the most preserved and traditional neighborhood of Florianópolis. 3 suites with queen, double, 2 single beds and baby crib. Air conditioning cold / hot in every room. HEATED POOL. Large living room with cable TV and internet, gourmet space with barbecue, wood burning stove and pizza oven. Charming cottage, with excellent location, on Campeche Beach. We are located on the seafront, practically on the sand. We have access to the beach, this access is shared with our guests from 3 other houses, which we also rent. The house is perfect for families or friends looking for ease and comfort near the sea. We are also located close to good restaurants, pharmacies, markets and other shops. Campeche Island is our postcard, with a beautiful and enchanting sunrise.

Large and totally private yard with beach access. Space for parking three cars. Located 5-minute drive from the Ribeirão Parish, it has wi-fi and all necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. Pets are welcome! Barbecue, beach chairs and umbrella.

Very cozy American house, located in the south of the island on Matadeiro beach. A preserved paradise between Armação and Lagoinha do Leste. One of the surfers' favorite beaches, offering good waves, being a continuation of Armação beach with access via a short trail for about a ten-minute walk. It has an incredible look with lots of native vegetation around and facing the sea. Come and enjoy this paradise!
