Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Praia do Prumirim

Simply one of the best trips we've ever taken, the family loved it. Hotel DNA has everything for a family, from heated pools to a playroom for children. The apartment was impeccable, we felt completely at home. Joelma responds extremely quickly and was very kind and attentive. We already have a place to stay in Ubatuba, we will definitely be back!!!

My best experience on Airbnb, a very helpful host, always responded very quickly and gave us all the necessary information so that we could enjoy our stay. About the apartment, we have nothing to say, WONDERFUL, COZY AND SUPER CLEAN PLACE. The photos are identical to the place, in short, I highly recommend it and we will be back soon!

Jorge is very attentive, he answered us whenever we need. The place is cozy (the bed and pillows VERY comfortable), clean, organized. He thought of utensils that some hosts do not provide such as: washer and dryer, dryer, iron, and that I believe have made a huge difference.

Our stay was great, the flat is good, excellent location very close to the Grande, Tenório and Toninhas beaches, easy parking garage, near the edge of Itaguá where the restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream shops, supermarkets, Shoping, etc...

Really, I recommend with my eyes closed the stadia. The cozy place, met and exceeded our expectations. The hosts were polite and were always on standby. For sure, my family and I spent incredible days in the apartment. It will be on our list for a new opportunity!

Our stay was unbeatable. The kitchen was clean and complete, the bathrooms sparkling, the living room spacious and comfortable. It has everything you need to spend a few days on the beach in the best way. Catia is a great host, always attentive to what we need. The accommodation is pleasant, in constant contact with nature. It is very convenient to access the beach and a few blocks from the small shopping centre. I definitely recommend the place.

Very nice and cozy accommodation! The integration with the forest is amazing! The very polite and kind host and Mr. Zezinho is always smiling on his face and ready to help. Henrique's home is certainly an excellent accommodation for those who enjoy nature and do not give up comfort!

Our stay was fantastic. The house is great and Ilma was super attentive with everything. Full house. Very spacious kitchen with lots of utensils to make any kind of food.

The place is amazing, we had a little problem with rainwater entering the second floor but otherwise it was all perfect, the hosts are extremely friendly and responded to all my messages quickly! In the end is well worth it if you like a Boa Vista, a good location for the beaches beyond the very nice and cozy space! I hope to return some day

We spent 4 days in the house and it was wonderful! The house is cozy, clean and well complete, has all the necessary kitchen utensils and basic items like salt, sugar and olive oil, beach amenities such as chairs, sunshade, cooler, surf boards and rackets of frescobol, hairdryer… everything you need! In addition, the house is well located, arriving in up to 10 minutes in the center and also on the beach. Virginia was super solicitous but we had no doubts as it is all very well explained, it has clear instructions in every room. We love too much and hope to return soon!

We spent great days, very well accommodated. The house is really everything it shows in the photos, beautiful, with great space to gather friends, enjoy a barbecue and nature. Ninha and Toninho are very receptive, kind and care very well for the house and the guests.

Very well located near Itamambuca beach, in a beautiful green area. The house is exactly as described in the listing. Everything was clean. Excellent for those who want to cook, it had everything that is necessary, including beautiful dishes to serve. Very good barbecue area. We had a pleasant stay. We had a great stay at the Lais property. The Coverage is much more cozy and beautiful than the photos suggest. Decoration of great taste other than the property has all kinds of utensils you may need and everything in state again. We love the comfort, the charm of this property and especially the spectacular view of the beach. As for the host has helped us a lot with precious tips from the area, I hope to come back again. The condominium has a leisure area with a soap pool. Gratidão Lais for providing us with wonderful days in your coverage.

The apartment deserves 6 stars, we had beautiful days there. The view from the balcony is charming, and we were able to contemplate the sunrise every day. The Perfect View of the Sea! It was a very special experience. The site is extremely like the photos, it met our expectation, it was super quick to communicate with the owner who kindly gave us all support when we needed it. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, pleasant environment, with all kitchen utensils, water drinking fountain, linens, etc... was a perfect stay! The condominium is super safe and the place really privileged. Besides the condominium is one of the most beautiful and charming in the region!

Excellent, defines the stay from the first to the last day, impeccable attention by Sergio, I felt at home, because the apt offers all the amenities necessary for the daily life on the coast and after a day of the beach finish with a good dip in the pool that besides being wonderful is heated. Super recompense!

Cristiano super kind and request. Super easy to talk to and always on the phone. I had a health problem and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point of the apartment is the mattresses and sofas that are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)
