I rented the apartment for my parents and they simply loved it, the description is totally true, the location is very good, it has everything nearby. The apartment was very clean, especially the bed linen, which was very clean and fragrant.

My stay was very good. Adriana was very helpful in suggesting beaches to enjoy. The apartment is very beautiful, organized and clean! It has an excellent location, in a quiet area and close to everything (beauty salon, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, Piedade beach). There was nothing to be desired. Adriana left clean towels and a hygiene kit (soap and shampoo). The place is well equipped, with all the appliances and utensils you can think of using. I only stayed 2 nights, but I enjoyed the space and, returning to Recife, this apartment will certainly be on my list of choices.

Perfect accommodation! The house was completely clean, matched the photos of the place, impeccable space. The house houses the 14 people without leaving any uncomfortable, all equipped, not missing anything! The hosts of the house are great people, they are super attentive, left nothing to be desired, we will come back more often!

I felt right at home, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with top quality accessories. Rodrigo was very receptive, always friendly and gave me several recommendations on restaurants and what to do and explore in the neighborhood and in the city. The apartment is one block from Boa Viagem beach, with a sea view and a detail of a fixed sofa on the balcony, which was where I meditated every morning. I can only thank you and recommend it.

My stay at Felipe's apartment was excellent! The space is exactly as in the photos - clean, organized and very comfortable. The location is simply perfect: it is very close to the beach, you can walk there easily, and it is also very close to the airport, which made my arrival and departure much easier. Felipe was extremely attentive and helpful from the beginning, always available to answer questions and ensure that everything was perfect. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay at Felipe's apartment again.

We were very pleased with the stay! The bed is extremely comfortable, and the kitchen is very well equipped — perfect for those who like to cook. The host was very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The only issue we had was with the room: on rainy days, the floor gets wet, which causes some discomfort, and the noise of the wind in the window can disrupt sleep. With these points adjusted, the place will be even better!

It was wonderful, the view is really indescribable, you have to see it in person to understand. It has a terrace with an infinity pool facing the sea that is simply perfect. There's a market and a gym on the terrace, too. A few minutes' walk from the apartment, there is a beach stall with snacks, a charming old church and McDonalds. If you don't mind walking a little further, there is a shopping mall and supermarkets. You can visit tourist spots such as Uber's Ground Zero. The apartment is great and functional, it has everything you need to prepare something quickly if you need to. Juliana was very charming, she helped us a lot on the last day of the trip with all the support and sympathy. She made up for every minute!

Great! The property was very clean, and it is very cozy. Towels, mattress and other first quality items. The view of the property is indescribable and Octacílio is an extremely proactive host, very attentive and concerned about all the details, as well as our well-being. I recommend it for sure and we will be staying again at the next opportunity.

The stay was great! The apartment is very well-equipped and clean, comfortable bed. We only had one incident with the bathroom registration during use due to an excess of water pressure, but it was soon resolved with the person in charge.
