Holiday houses in Praia do Norte

Desde a reserva a Paula e a sua filha foram super atenciosas e responderam sempre as mensagens. Chegamos depois da travessia do barco por volta das 21h, a vantagem de a Paula estar no mesmo sítio facilita a chegada. O nosso quarto era espaçoso com vista para o mar. Casa de banho simples mas funcional. Há 2 restaurantes acessíveis a pé. Podem visitar as famosas vinhas a pé, há um trajecto super agradável e fácil. Para quem quiser descansar e aproveitar a vista para o mar este é o sítio ideal.

No words can describe our experience at this amazing vila. It was absolutely amazing: the house itself is very well located, the views are stunning. Marcos and Diana were very helpful in everything we needed. Pico island is an amazing place on earth and to get to know the island like we did was only possible with this 5 star accommodation. We chilled, we had swims in the infinity pool, had great barbecues…I will be back for sure. Thanks to all the staff and especially to Marcos for all the hospitality and kindness.

We kunnen een verblijf in deze Quinta alleen maar aanraden. Heel schoon, ruime keuken en badkamer, eigen terrasje voor de deur en een dakterras, tuin en tuinkamer waar je ook gebruik van kunt maken. Ligging is praktisch, wandelingen en hoogtepunten van het eiland zijn goed bereikbaar. Telma en Carlos zijn geweldige hosts, behulpzaam en geven veel persoonlijke tips. We hebben dankzij hen een fadoconcert bijgewoond en de vismaaltijd van Carlos was heerlijk!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Myra! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, viele Tiere in der Umgebung. Mónica kümmert sich bei Bedarf um alles vor Ort (z.B. eine extra-Reinigung oder Wäschewaschen bei Bedarf), war sofort erreichbar und kam auch kurz zur Begrüßung vorbei. Sie ist sehr nett. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Filterkaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher waren vorhanden. Auf der Terrasse konnte man wunderbar mit Aussicht auf Pico frühstücken. Ein kleines Café mit Shop für Basics ist knapp zwei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wir empfehlen Myras Unterkunft uneingeschränkt!

Fijn en warm ingericht appartement waar je je gelijk thuis voelt met prachtig uitzicht over de oceaan! Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Locatie is prima om het eiland te verkennen. Marianna is een zeer plezierige en behulpzame vrouw met goede tips. Aanrader!

One of the nicest, most beautiful properties we have ever stayed in!! Cannot say enough about the views, spotless and very comfortable, with attention to detail and warm greetings from the host, including wine, bread, ham and cheese when we arrived. All so thoughtful, and playing three holes of mini golf was a fun addition. Highly recommend!

Our family of 7 spent a wonderful week at Paula’s magical WakaLand compound. We spread out in all 3 houses( 2 with WiFi and 1 without) and enjoyed the beautiful and peaceful location. The houses were clean and well outfitted with all of the necessities. The pool, BBQ , outside seating at each house and beautiful landscaping made it difficult to leave the property to explore the island of Pico. Paula was always responsive and provided excellent information regarding local restaurants, tour companies and things to do on the island. She even purchased a washing machine so that we could do laundry on site. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at WakaLand and hope to return soon!

We recommend the nice house and garden! We enjoyed the remote location a lot. Loved the outdoor shower, air conditioning (the weather was very humid) and the terraces for breakfast and dinner. Plenty of space for 4 people. There is a bike, but you need a car to visit most of the places. There are two walks you can start right from the house (Capelinhos, Capeço Verde).
