Het verblijf is enigszins geïmproviseerd in wat vroeger bijgebouwtjes waren, maar daarom niet minder aantrekkelijk. Slaapkamer, keuken en badkamer zijn niet verbonden, je moet even buiten, maar het is wel overdekt met een koepel. Wat voor mij zeer praktisch en belangrijk was, was de toegangspoort met staanplaats voor de auto. Dat was wel veiliger zo, ik had gereedschappen in de auto. Keuken en badkamer zijn super uitgerust met alle mogelijke dingen die je nodig kan hebben. Bravo ! De straat is zeer levendig. De buurt is niet echt rustig te noemen. Ik kan me inbeelden dat het in het hoogseizoen zeer druk en lawaaierig kan zijn, of dat je met carnaval nauwelijks nog binnen of buiten kan, maar daar had ik in Mei geen last van.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Airbnb! We were a group, and from the very beginning, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The house is beautiful spacious, well-equipped, and super comfortable perfect for groups looking to relax and enjoy their stay in comfort. Marcia and Andréia were both amazing throughout our time there. Always available, kind, and attentive, they made sure everything ran smoothly and that we felt at home. A very special thank you to Andréia, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Her kindness, helpfulness, and warm energy truly made a difference. Sonia's place was exactly what I needed for a great weekend visiting my family in Niteroi. The bbq and pool area were perfect :) Thank you Sonia for being very flexible to accommodate my family. We created great memories there.

O local é extremamente agradável, limpo, lindo, decoração linda, exatamente como nas fotos, na verdade pessoalmente é ainda mais lindo e agradável. Localização excelente próximo a tudo, super seguro, próximo de farmácias, lojinhas, padaria, restaurante, bares, shopping e a 2 quadras da praia. Com certeza quando retornar ao Rio ficarei novamente aqui!

Anna is always responsive and available. The listing is exactly as shown, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The location includes a commons area that is also very nice. Santa Teresa is wonderful, but it is a bit isolated from the rest of the city. I walked to the Gloria station all the time and got Ubers easily, the trouble can be coming back later at night. I truly enjoyed the area and loved my experience here, but if you are planning a beach-centered vacation it may be a bit far. For me it was perfect.

Excellent séjour chez Marcella et son petit paradis avec un magnifique jardin et une piscine dans un écrin de verdure. Hôte très sympathique et réactive, c’était parfait 👍 Très facile de fonctionner avec des Uber pour aller partout dans Rio !

Très belle place Proche de tout a pied comme restaurant, épicerie et plage à proximité. Ce secteur est sécuritaire également. Un très beau centre d achat juste à côté et la vue de l appartement est magnifique

I had the most incredible experience staying at this apartment in Ipanema. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the panoramic ocean views — it truly felt like waking up in a postcard every day. The apartment was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had everything I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi and comfy bedding. The location couldn't be better. Just steps from the sand and close to amazing restaurants, bars, and shops. I always felt safe walking around, even at night. Watching the sunset from the balcony was a highlight of every evening — absolutely magical. The host was warm, responsive, and gave great local recommendations. Check-in was smooth, and they made sure I felt at home from day one. If you're thinking about staying in Rio, don’t hesitate — this place is a gem. I can’t wait to come back!

Merci à Alexandre pour son accueil et sa disponibilité durant notre séjour. Son appartement est très confortable, bien équipé, sécurisé et parfaitement situé, à quelques minutes de la plage d’Ipanema et proche des meilleurs quartiers de Rio. Nous nous y sommes sentis à l’aise et avons apprécié ses conseils qui nous ont permis de mieux découvrir la ville. Une très bonne expérience que nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Un departamento muy cómodo en el piso 31 lo que permite unas vistas de la ciudad muy lindas. Cuenta con muebles, aparatos y utensilios que resultan muy útiles para los viajeros. La terraza es muy linda y la piscina es fenomenal, climatizada y grande. La ubicación es excelente, algunos lugares cercanos son el Museo del Mañana, Uruguiana, Monasterio San Benito, Real Gabinete, Confiteria Colombo, Convento de San Antonio, solo por mencionar los más cercanos pero en Uber llegas rápido a muchos otros lugares en menos de 10 min. Eliane siempre estuvo atenta, respondía rápido y mantuvo buena comunicación en todo momento. Muy recomendable este apartamento que está en el corazón de está gran y bella ciudad.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I especially loved spending time on the balcony — the view was beautiful and so relaxing. I also enjoyed peaceful walks on the beach just steps away. Thank you for a great experience!

Nous étions 7 à être dans le logement. Nous en avons vraiment profiter au maximum. Piscine petite mais très suffisante avec une vue imprenable sur le Corcovado. Hôte réactif et aimable. Je recommande à 100%

Such a clean and spacious place to stay for a week! Very walkable to almost everything you need in Rio. The beach is right out front, multiple restaurants within 2-3 mins of walking, and the grocery stores are right across the building. Quite honestly such a steal for the spot you’re getting! Never felt unsafe in our stay here and the doormen were always greeting us! Host was extremely responsive in a timely manner. The view from the balcony overlooking copacabana beach is also breathtaking! If you do have an earlier flight before check-in or a later flight after check-out, the doormen might not be comfortable keeping your luggages in storage which is not the host’s fault. It honestly depends on who is working at that time. Which I understand because we had a bunch of big luggages. The doorman working at the moment just wasn’t comfortable being responsible for that many personal belongings. There is a storage unit company just right across the street and we had no problems using it!

O contato com Fernando foi excelente desde antes da reserva do apartamento. Sempre solícito e respondendo com rapidez. O apartamento tem realmente uma vista incrível de toda a praia do Leme e Copacabana. Todas as comodidades estavam funcionando e o apartamento é muito confortável. A cozinha é a mais equipada de todos os Airbnbs nos quais eh já estive. Os funcionários do condomínio são sempre muito simpáticos e solícitos também. Adoramos tudo! com certeza será minha primeira escolha nas próximas vezes em que eu for ao RJ.

A hospedagem foi perfeita. Localização ótima, a poucos metros da praia e de todas as conveniências do bairro. A Luciana sempre se comunicou rapidamentee nos deu informações claras sobre todo o processo de check-in. Muito prestativa e gentil, Luciana foi muito importante para deixar nossa estadia impecável. Voltarei a me hospedar assim que possível.

Hermoso depto y súper bien ubicado a pasos de la playa. Bianca fue extremadamente amable y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos. Muy recomendable!

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado. Tienes el metro a una cuadra, así como tiendas, farmacias y restaurantes. Puedes ir a la playa caminando sin ningún problema. La zona donde está ubicado es comercial por lo qué hay gente transitando siempre y encuentras líneas de buses que pasan también. Por lo menos durante nuestra estadía la sentimos segura. El alojamiento está en un edificio multifamiliar y parece que tiene varios años. Hay gente transitando siempre. No tuvimos ningún inconveniente con los servicios, quizás el baño podría ser un poco chico pero todo lo demás es tal cual la descripción efectuada por el anfitrión. Obtuvimos comunicación oportuna y cordial de Dari. Y bastante predisposición para cualquier duda.

Increíble! La ubicación es la mejor. Me agradó mucho el departamento que es completamente igual. Teníamos un “Súper” (Market) 24/7. Está a solo metros de la playa. Lo recomiendo ampliamente ya que la persona de la entrada (Guardia) súper accesible, amable, cordial, siempre dispuesto ayudar. Realmente lo recomiendo cumplió todas mis expectativas (Triple B) Bueno, Bonito y Barato. Espero poder volver pronto! Saludos cordiales a todos.

Beautiful apartment & very convenient location! close to many attractions. Host was very responsive and attentive. Bruno was very helpful getting me to my apartment. The front desk concierge were all great with getting me all checked in! Will definitely keep on my list of places to return to!
