Holiday rentals with a patio in Praia do Leme

Gustavo is an exceptional and very attentive host! As we were travelling with a baby, he was willing to buy a cot and mattress to accommodate our baby, which totally changed our experience. Throughout the stay, he consulted us about any needs or doubts and everything went very well. The apartment is very complete and comfortable and has a differential when it comes to Rio de Janeiro: all the environments (living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and balcony) are spacious and comfortable, nothing is cramped. The location is perfect, in the heart of Leblon. We'll definitely host you there again.

My stay was excellent and I intend to return more often. DJ is an amazing host... agile and kind communication, always very helpful and flexible (I needed to check in earlier and he helped me promptly), in addition to having excellent recommendations, only compliments! The apartment is as advertised, ideal for up to 4 people, but it was also perfect for me, who travelled alone, having everything I needed and everything in good working order and condition (especially the bed, sofas, kitchen, fans and shower). In addition, one of the differentials is that DJ accepts visits, a rarity in the platform's accommodations, even though it was not my case on this trip, I thought it was a differential. The location is excellent, really on the side of the beach, there is a block away and with a good location to move around the city, I felt extremely safe to walk, regardless of the time... There are great restaurants on the street in the apartment and in the surroundings, markets, pharmacies and other service shops. Unspeakable!

William and Renato were perfect hosts, always available to answer any questions. The house exceeded all expectations, it's even better than in the photos! The bed is extremely comfortable, the kitchen is very well-equipped and functional, and the living room is so cozy that you don't even want to leave.

Bruno is an exceptional host! His house managers Jardel and Dora are the most caring people! They truly made the difference in our stay. Oh, and the breakfast every morning was the cherry on top. Anytime we needed help, they were always willing to go the extra mile. My friend even accidentally left her phone in the van from the airport and Bruno was able to coordinate with the drivers to retrieve it for her. We were so grateful to have him! Our group of 6 had a fantastic time in Rio at this Air B&B. Highly recommend staying here!

Our 8-day stay at this location in Rio was absolutely amazing. The host organized an airport pick -up for my team and I and was there to greet us. The host gave us a tour of the home and left fresh fruit for us to enjoy. The home is in a great location with stunning views of the beach and is not too far from Copa and other attractions (20-30 minute uber drive). The home itself is well-maintained and was very comfortable for a group of 4. I’d highly recommend this home.

Great place. very quiet vibe.

Excellent apartment, super complete (kitchen with several good appliances and all the utensils, I just felt the lack of a water dispenser). Good towels, bed linen, hygiene items in the bathroom (there was a new, sealed soap). There was even a first aid kit and an umbrella. It is two blocks from Ipanema beach and is surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. I felt at home, it didn't feel like an Airbnb apartment but a home, the attention to detail (decoration, books, etc.). It has a great smart TV in the living room, larger than indicated in the listing. It has two balconies, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The street is very busy with cars, but the windows greatly reduce the noise. I had to stay another day in the city and the booking was changed very quickly. I just have to thank Merc and Eva.

My second time and I can only sum it up in one word: PERFECT! It's already my favorite place when I need to sleep in Niterói! It's the best Airbnb experience anyone could wish for!! Everything is fantastic! My family and I loved it the first time and we have already repeated it…whenever we can we will come back because it is very but very top! And Lorena is a host like no other I've ever seen! Awesome! Thank you so much for providing such an incredible experience! We always leave with renewed energy!

Wonderful little apartment in a gorgeous historic building tucked away on a back street of Ipanema. This place felt a bit like a movie set with its picturesque exterior and interior! Very well decorated and equipped inside, nothing else we could have wanted. Washer and dryer in unit was amazing to have. Location was very nice, secluded on a quiet little side street but 5 mins to the bustling center of Ipanema. No complaints, would come back in a heartbeat!

Really great apartment, very well equipped to make you feel home, confortable beds and quality bedding. Location is ideal for exploring the city on foot. Parks, restaurants and bakeries at your doorstep. Having off street parking is perfect if you rent a car while in Rio.

Fabio is a very friendly host and the apartment is well located in Ipanema. The area is walkable and I found many places to go to from there. Overall, great experience !
