House extremely tidy, clean, cozy and comfortable!

Gustavo from the first contact was extremely cordial and flexible to always give suggestions that would facilitate and meet our schedule and accommodation needs. All questions were clarified quickly and promptly. The house very comfortable and with a lot to offer! For sure we already have a point for the times we go down to the downtown! Anxious for new memories in Gustavo's yellow house.

I liked it a lot, I thought the location was very good, the beach of Enseada and Pitangueiras are very close, just under 4km, taking less than 10 minutes by motorbike, without the need to take the highway or dangerous roads, Assaí Atacadista is nearby and there are many options in the centre. The house is very cozy and nothing was missing, I will definitely come back again, nothing to complain about! Good luck to you.

The apartment is identical to the photos and is extremely clean. As soon as we entered, we already felt the smell of cleanliness and the place was totally cozy. The view is amazing, and the beach is across the street, just cross. Wander is very attentive, helpful and responds very quickly. In addition to providing bed linen, which makes packing much easier. We will definitely return!

The accommodation was impeccable when we arrived, a clean and fragrant environment. We had a problem with the gas that was leaking, Olavo was super kind and quick to resolve it, very cordial and always doing everything to make us feel assisted and supported, which was essential so that it did not affect our stay. The apartment is great, it is in a great location and the condominium is a dream, the pools are great, it has a gym, a spa and everything always very organized. Sidnei, always responded quickly and made clear all the check-in steps. As a suggestion for improvement, I leave a few points: - Having floor cloths (for the bathroom mainly), bed and bath linens would also be an extra cool. - Warn before about the availability of SmartTV, which was not working during our stay.

The view is too beautiful, it's a delight to wake up and see the beach in the window. Super clean and cozy apartment, with several amenities such as chromecast, bath towels, bed linen, even coffee in the closet, in addition to Gabriel's service, who was attentive and helpful from the reservation until our departure. Friendly building staff, parking on the street was super easy, with nearby shops that make it safer to leave the vehicle in front of the building. Next to the VLT, with a market on Saturday mornings 500 m away, you can walk and get to know the neighborhood. Anyway, it was a great stay. Super recommend!!!
