Designed by Carlos Lemos, our house is one-story, spacious, and super bright. Situated on a plot of land with a privileged view of the sea and the mountains. It is surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, with few neighbors, about 500 meters from the beach. The house is well equipped with a full kitchen and laundry room, and has fast internet (100Mb) with Wi-Fi in all rooms. The living room has a fireplace and the balcony outdoor area is quite large with a deck, hammocks and a portable barbecue.

Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. The house is high standard, with extremely comfortable facilities, 3 en-suites and 1 bedroom, all with air-conditioning, space for children's activities, barbecue area, full kitchen (it has a pizza oven) and an integrated dining room for up to 10 people with large windows and a view of the beautiful 2000m2 garden. Boat trips with quick access to Ilhabela and beaches near São Sebastião (to be arranged).
