House is exactly as described in the photos, all very clean and cozy. We were in 10 people and the house behaved all perfectly and comfortably. The place is extremely pleasant and the house is very close to the beach, which is wonderful and very quiet. The owner gave us all the information about the site, making several valuable indications. The breakfast served in the common area is very tasty, with lots of fruits, breads and cake. The site's team is very attentive and the manager (tb Andreia) was very kind and helped us immensely, making no effort to help with anything. I highly recommend the property!

We were in the family for 7 days in the house of Geisa. She and her son Pablo were helpful , kind and helpful in all our needs . The house is as in the pictures , cozy and clean. Very close to the beach that is excellent and peaceful . We'll come back more often 🙏🙏❤️

The stay was simply wonderful! The house is exactly as described in the ad, and the location could not be better, being super close to the beach. The sheets were clean and smelling, as well as all bed, table and bath items. The house is fully equipped, and the kitchen has pans of all sizes and types, catering to all needs. In addition, the site is very safe, with 24-hour surveillance, which brings even more tranquility. Without a doubt, an excellent experience! We'll be back soon 👏🏾

We have been in the house for 2 weeks and we love being staying there super quiet and very cozy. The house has everything you need from bath towels to all the kitchen utensils… a wonderful pool that my son would wake up at 6 to get into the pool… Kaka the boy who takes care of the house extremely attentive and dedicated to this house as if it was his! every moment we need the help he always answered and was in the house in less than an hour! In the end we love being in this house and we will definitely visit more often! Thank you dona Cristina and the Kaká people very dear and humble.

This triplex is amazing, a super cozy place to stay. It's worth it because the city doesn't have so much to do at night, so the stay at the house turns out to be a great option for use. The host was super considerate from the start. It's not close to many things, but to know miracles you'll have to drive anyway, so if you go by car to enjoy it a lot.

The house is better than in the photos. Excellent, attentive, kind hosts. All the utensils and rooms in the house were impeccable, super comfortable beds, silent air-conditioning, always clean pool, dish towels, impeccable bed linens, rooms with total black-out and the pampering of the chairs, umbrella, frescobol and cooler to take to the beach are great. The nearby beach is clean, with transparent and warm waters, and with delicious regional cuisine (a point for the Grande Lau Restaurant). Near the house you will find everything: markets, beverage distributors, charcoal, barbecue meats, bakery, pharmacy... anyway! For those looking for comfortable accommodation, attentive hosts and convenience, on an almost paradisiacal beach, it's here, for sure! I hope to come back every year and stay longer. It was a perfect stay, the house accommodated our family very well. All rooms have plenty of comfort and privacy. Pool is wonderful. The condominium is very safe, and the gym is well equipped. Since her first contact with Katianne, she has always been very recptive with us. It was undoubtedly an unforgettable trip, we will return.

The house is very well located. It has a nearby waterfront with a playground, public market, supermarket, restaurants, ice cream parlor and the beach is in front. The bath was lovely. We missed a fan and it was readily available. The house and furniture, as a whole, are more rustic, but it was enough to make the days pleasant with the family. Great value for money. Alexandre is a great host!

we were a total of 35 days in maceio and in this house. Everything works as expected. The house was spotless when we received it and during our stay the casual issues were quickly addressed and fixed by Irwing. we were happy with everything. The place is wonderful for those of us who like away from downtown. The best beaches with few people are towards the north side. The house is well equipped and in good condition. The swimming pool is kept every day which is a pleasure after arriving from the beaches.

Passing to thank you for the service, I loved and I will come back more often yes!
