The location is simply perfect: the beach with private access is a true paradise, clean and quiet, ideal for those looking to relax and enjoy nature. The house is charming, with a beautiful and welcoming design, conveying a lot of comfort in every detail. Besides, it was impeccably clean, which makes the experience even more enjoyable and organized. Finally, a huge highlight for the owner, who was extremely flexible, polite and always available to help. Your hospitality and guest care show a true commitment to everyone's well-being. The experience of the stay was extremely satisfying, we live happy days and rest in the house. The space is exactly the same as the photos, very clean, organized and with several leisure options to take children off screens. The pool is another strong point, always with a pleasant temperature and at night the water is even more warm, appearing to be heated. The host, Karyna, was always on standby for whatever need arose. Similarly, the caretaker, Antonio, and the cook, Maria, were cordial and very helpful. The condominium is quiet and wooded, close to the beach, however the stretch did not please us much, because although it was a beautiful place, because it was close to the river, the water was a bit cloudy and with vegetation, which did not make the bath so inviting. However, this was not a major obstacle, as the house is very close to two other beaches (about 4km). Anyway, the experience was excellent and we want to come back again.

The listing is exactly like in the pictures All clean and comfortable. Check in and check out easy. Parking in the building. Access control after digital and face registration. Apt very well located. A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure

My stay in Pajuçara was simply wonderful! The host, Maria das Graças, was extremely attentive, welcoming and helpful from the first contact until check-out. The apartment was impeccably clean, well-equipped and in an excellent location - close to the beach, restaurants and tourist spots. I also highlight the small details that made all the difference: the organisation of the space, the super comfortable bed, and even local tips that she shared with me, which greatly enriched my experience in the city. I definitely felt at home and wanted to come back. I highly recommend the accommodation to everyone who is coming to Maceió. Thank you for everything!

Casa with good location, close to the beach and a little further from the center (still to go on easy walking), great for those looking for quiet, home with 4/4 air-conditioned, clean and with reasonable space. Also air-conditioned room, good leisure area with pool and barbecue area (which needs a roof, because it is in the sun, but served the purpose well), garage was 4 cars without disturbing the circulation, large kitchen and equipped with all necessary utensils. I will definitely refer you and come back again!

Our stay at the Oka house was excellent. Both Larissa and the girls supporting the house were wonderful. The House is perfect, as well as in the description. As for the location, it was as I expected... I didn't want to leave the house for anything. The sea bath, special. For those who have children, when the tide is low, to walk and bathe in the pools that form in front of the house. Near the house there is a village that has a restaurant and shops that are an excellent option for night. Finally, it fulfilled exactly what I was looking for: rest and renewal of energies. I highly recommend.

Comfortable accommodation with description and photos consistent with reality. Comfortable beds, house complete and with all necessary utensils. New condominium, an excellent structure, and access to the beach.

The apartment is perfect, well decorated, illuminated and well flavored. The TV is a show, as is the towels and linen. The kitchen is well equipped for small meals, the availability of the cooler is also a hand on the wheel. The penthouse is a spectacle apart, the sunset is amazing, the panoramic view of the elevator a show! I have no negative points, just details like the bed that could be bigger for the couple, and I think the extra mattress is not comfortable for a third guest. Ah, and the sea view of the apartment is only from the side on the balcony, which is still amazing. I would stay again and recommend it!

Very well-equipped house, I have travelled the world with Airbnb and this was the most complete house I have ever used, with everything we needed, Marceneiro beach is not very good because it has many stones but we went by car to a nearby beach and enjoyed it.

We really liked the property and it suited us perfectly (both for the location, parking and interior space). The children's items were very useful (the toys mainly) and the accessory items too (cooler for example).

Adryelle was extremely friendly, helpful and polite! The apartment is of a sizeless amenity, has absolutely everything that is necessary for a short or long stay without missing any item/equipment from your home. The site is very good, close to everything, the beach in the background is excellent. I and my family will definitely be back and staying in the same place!

Wonderful stay, we felt at home so cozy it was. Not counting on the wonderful view, Fernando gave us a lot of support and it was pretty cool. I will definitely refer it to my friends and I intend to go back again, amazing experience! The flat has all the support we need, especially when we want to cook it has all the utensils, cutlery, cookware, stove, all very organized and clean.

Well, it was 8 wonderful days, the beach is beautiful and not far from the centre of Maceió by car, Alexandre was very attentive, the apartment is very good and with an even more beautiful view, it was superrrr, I'm leaving already wanting to come back….

A wonderful stay! It served us super well. The best view I've ever seen from everywhere I've ever traveled. Maceió is perfect, we will definitely return other times and in addition Diogo leaves two beach chairs in the house and a styrofoam for you to enjoy in the best possible way. Complete apartment, with everything you need.

Super cozy, clean and pleasant space. I would rent it again without even thinking!!

We stayed in a group of 6 adults for 1 week in Elias' apartment. The location is privileged, in front of the beach, close to tourist spots and a supermarket. Although the facade of the building is older compared to the others, the apartment is new, renovated and we lacked nothing during the stay. The 3 bedrooms have air conditioning that worked perfectly, the beds are comfortable, and one of the bedrooms has a smart TV. For us, who like to watch football, the large TV in the living room was a plus. Kitchen is well-equipped. Contact with Elias was smooth, he responds quickly and is super helpful. As an improvement, I suggest just a TV in the other 2 bedrooms to be perfect. I would recommend it with confidence and would also stay again on another occasion.
