It is also close to the shopping centre, which allows you to take a walk with the family at the end of the day without worrying about driving or parking (the shortest distance is 1.2 km). The building has a beach service. The staff place 4 chairs and 1 umbrella per apartment in the early morning and remove them around 5 pm. Fixed location. You need to bring bed linen and towels to the apartment.

Our recently renovated apt faces the beach and has an exclusive and gorgeous view to the ocean! There is only a garden with palm trees, birds, and a playground between our balcony and the sand. The apt is very cozy and can take large groups or families who want to rest and enjoy the sun. You will have coffee looking at the beach. Magnificent View, really right on the sand!!!!

The apartment is right on the beach with a magnificent view of the garden and the sea. It is approximately 100 steps from the sea! We have been renting the apartment on Airbnb for over 9 years. We have had more than 300 families stay with us. Maximum Airbnb rating! Over this time, we have gained expertise in welcoming guests. We have contracts with a laundry service, an air conditioning company, and a handyman. The cleaning staff is excellent.
