Grata were the surprises, the Ap clean, spacious, air-conditioning, sugar, salt, sweetener, toilet paper, extra towel, extra pillows, wonderful mattresses, covers, plenty of household utilities and all the necessary appliances. Anyway everything I expected and a little more, I stayed in “home”. This p summarizes how satisfied we are.

Our stay in this Lenilza space was wonderful. Perfectly like the ad, a very complete building with a concierge that has facial recognition, the location doesn't even need to be mentioned, Ponta Negra is the best option to stay with a complete infrastructure. The apartment itself is very top, very beautiful view and with the necessary amenities for a good stay. Guilherme, who attended to us, was an extremely helpful guy, helping us quickly with everything we needed. Thank you for your hospitality and we will definitely stay here again when we return to Natal!!

Perfect stay. Clean and great place and a super host

All perfect!! The beautiful, clean, super cozy apartment, we love every detail, we didn't even want to leave.. Everything within the accesses, from André, the porters of the condominium itself. We try to enjoy everything, the pool, fitness center, we love the market.. Uber was accepting fast, it was my first experience and it was great, I intend to come back again!!! We did some walks, I gave preference to agencies that took and searched the condominium, since I did not rent a car.. If you're interested, I recommend it!

The apartment is impeccable, with a clean and organized atmosphere that conveys coziness and tranquility. Each room is well lit, with pleasant and functional decor, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The furniture is well maintained and arranged in a practical way, while the air is fresh and the overall feeling is one of care and zeal. However, the entrance has a small setback: the doorman, on two occasions, tried to prevent access, which can cause some discomfort. Despite this, the interior of the apartment compensates for any inconvenience, being a comfortable and well-maintained refuge.

I had a wonderful experience at this apartment! The view of the sea is simply incredible, a true spectacle at any time of the day. The location is perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops and tourist spots, which made our stay much easier. The apartment is extremely well organized, comfortable and impeccably clean, which made us feel very comfortable and safe. Apt very secure, condominium with excellent structure, all items according to announcement, always fast communication, the beaches of Parnamirim are excellent and are only 5 min by car. The Christmas beaches are 10 minutes away. In other words, the stay is in a very strategic region for those who want to enjoy the coast well.

The stay was excellent, Cláudia always attentive to solve any issue that appeared, beautiful and organized, including, the hostess offered to carry out the cleaning at no extra cost, which really exceeded my expectations.

Property delivers what it promises. Very clean and organized. New and cozy. It's on the second floor (2 flights of stairs). Complete, ideal for those who prefer to prepare their own meals (it even has a pressure cooker - lol). Family atmosphere, quiet and with a complete leisure area. Close to shops and restaurants. Carlos, the host, welcomed us very well on site and answered all the questions we had, with great agility and attention. I recommend the place!!

Erika is a true superhost, in the most literal sense of the word. It made everything meticulously prepared and welcomed us very well. The house is excellent: wide, comfortable, very clean, well cared for and with a super cozy garden. It is also quite complete, with all the utensils needed for a practical and comfortable stay. Communication with the hostess was always easy, quick and cordial. The condominium is quiet, safe and has a direct access to Praia do Madeiro through a short and pleasant trail. We went on a prolonged holiday, when the city was quite full, but the home + condominium ecosystem ensured a lot of tranquility and peace. I highly recommend the location!

The house is extremely comfortable, all clean and in very good taste. The condominium is of high standard with thermal pool, fitness room, sauna. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is nothing missing. Excellent quality sheets and towels. The hostess is always prompt and attentive. Nothing to complain about, just complimenting.
