Holiday rentals with beach access in Praia de Palmas

The place is exactly as in the photos: very well cared for, clean, comfortable and with a wonderful sea view. The location is great, with easy access to restaurants, markets and sights. Communication with the host was great from the start, always very attentive and available to help with what was needed. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for rest days with comfort and practicality. I will definitely return!

The apartment is great, just like in the pictures. The location is excellent: the neighborhood is super quiet and safe, perfect for resting and walking with peace of mind. One of the highlights is the incredible view of all the rooms — really charming and makes all the difference in the stay. Everything was very clean and well organized, and Ana was always helpful and easy to communicate.Recoming hosting and would come back for sure!

Excellent apartment in Angra dos Reis. Right next to the Bracuhy Marina, there are excellent dining options within easy walking distance. Not to mention that the site is a foot in the sand, with a practically private beach for a small number of people who are staying on this beach. I found it interesting that despite being carnival, even in the neighborhood it was very quiet. Diogo's apartment is impeccable, super comfortable for 4 guests, with equipment working very well. And not to mention that it was very easy to check in and check out, in addition to offering us all the information possible during the stay. Definitely recommend

We love the apartment. The condo is very quiet and well located, but it does not have much night activity, but it is easy to get a delivery or a 99 to get around. Jaime and Mariza were very attentive and responded promptly. We will definitely return.

We went to celebrate my son's 7th birthday, he was amazed by the apartment and did not want to leave. We also love , a more beautiful and spacious apartment than it seems. We enjoy every second, everything perfect!

Start by the host that was rated 1000, always available and quick in the messages, request, friendly, gave us 100%of the necessary information and a perfect afternoon coffee! Now apt very clean, organized and with all the utensils possible for stay. The view of apt is a spectacle and the condominium, wonderful, with club, swimming pools, gyms, game room, beach, barbecue. Everything perfect!!!!! Sure we'll be back there !

Great space with great peace of mind and easy to access. It's also close to city center. Much like the photos, the site was clean and well-organized. On the beach has options to take walks to the islands.

This is my second time staying in the house and the truth is that both the house, the location and the people who work in the house are excellent. The food and cleaning service was perfect. Katiane who is the cook is extremely friendly and pleasant and all the food they make is very good. The house is enunq prime location and the private beach few houses have it. In general lines it is a beautiful house to always return.

I and my family LOVE space. Each corner of the house is super comfortable and welcoming. The location is great for those who want peace and quiet. The fact that we have the option of swimming pool and the beach very close (you can walk and it is quite empty) is a differential. About the functional part, the house is super equipped with full kitchen, two refrigerators, quality internet, TV, air conditioned in great condition and quality bedding. The Queila (employee) who helped us during the stay was WONDERFUL, well worth it. Finally, Érika has been with us all the time (from the first contact), answering us quickly by message and calls helping us with our questions and/or requests. I could also not forget the housekeeper Daniel who was there to welcome us in addition to taking care of the pool every day we stayed there. We are sure to be back soon. My family is grateful for the affection and attention with which we have been received.

The house is wonderful and cozy, you can really see that it was made with great affection. The atmosphere is cozy. The shower is wonderful, the water is hot, the bed is comfortable. The house is close to a beach without calm waves, which has several boats and the look is wonderful with the hills in the background. Very quiet. What could improve: BBQ (no barbecue on the beach is a crime because the neighbors do it all the time and we get the smell only😂) Also have black out in the room, as the light of the post is right in front of the house. I and my family spent unforgettable days in this place and Anderson's space and super cozy and very comfortable. We feel super comfortable and very well accommodated. You and your wife are to be congratulated. Your place is amazing.

We had an excellent stay at Jenifer's house, we were 2 people and we were very comfortable. A plus : Below the apartment there is a market, "Tuna" is served by a very nice and pleasant gentleman, his market has a variety of things, but the best is his attention. Thank you, we felt right at home !

I and my family, we had an excellent weekend at Mr. Ricardo's house and his wife ,Mrs. Maria. We were greeted with a fruit basket and a welcome card. The house besides beautiful and cozy, was extremely clean . And when the accommodations and features, they correspond exactly to the listing description. Not forgetting to mention that the property is glued to the beach and the place is wonderful, with a clean and beautiful beach. When we had any questions ,Mr. Ricardo always answered us with education ,kindness and speed . We are very pleased and we will definitely come back more often. Note 10

The apartment is very spacious and everything was well clean, towels and impeccable bedding. The condominium is very cool, huge pool area with hot water well tasty for cooler days like the ones we spent in Angra. Very nice Academy also with mats and some other basic equipment. The host gave several cool tips for places to eat and speedboat trips to do on the outskirts. We love your stay!

Me felt at home, great location, equipped apartment and foot in the sand. Juliana answered all our questions with agility making it easy for us to check in and check out. My recommendation for those who will visit the city is to take a speedboat/schooner tour because the beaches around Angra are magnificent!

Very clean place, in great state of use. Very kind and proactive host, answered all the questions very quickly. Very beautiful locale, I think within the condominium there is only one place with the clearest instructions to locate every thing inside, like an administrative point, as it is quite large and there are several towers. But nothing more to declare. The beach inside the condo is tumbo, for those who go with a child, would have to look for other options that have near there. I hope to come back more often.

Great location and accommodation. I went with my husband, he was at work, and with this I wanted to have the freedom to be able to enjoy the hotel alone while he worked. And so I got it, both the apartment that had a balcony with a beautiful view, and the hotel pool, spa, walks, mall next door. David is very attentive and gave all the support during our entire stay. Congratulations on the details of the apartment and the cleaning, decoration. We felt at home. I recommend it and when I return to Angra it will be my landing.

It was simply wonderful, the apartment is impeccable and very complete, with all kitchen utensils, comfortable beds, a great location, very close to the beach, has a beautiful view. The condominium is very quiet, a great place of rest. Luciano always very helpful, responded quickly, gave us tips, super attentive. These were incredible days.

I spent the last 5 days in this home with my family. Tiago welcomed us very well, explained everything we needed, and the Jailson all the time in contact with us to find out if we needed anything, always careful with us. About the accommodation, I can say that it was unforgettable days that we spent, the apartment is exactly like in the pictures, all very clean, comfortable and an amazing view. We take advantage of all the amenities offered, the access to the beach is very close and you can walk, I did not have to use the car. I can say it was one of the best stays I've ever spent. Congratulations Jailson, and we will definitely return!!!
