Architect's House on Morro da Cocanha

In a gated community, this house was made by a very special architect named Dedé. It's a great house for friends and family. Perfect for those who like to cook, have comfort and admire one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world! I spent many of the best moments of my life here. It has a poetry all its own. You need to experience it to feel what I'm trying to describe here. I'm biased, I know, but I recommend the experience. The house is also the setting of the book The Enchanter of People. =)

Beach Bungalow - Siriuba

Charming loft,standing in the sand on one of the most beautiful and trendy beaches of Ilhabela. Carefully equipped to offer a comfortable and unforgettable stay,it has air conditioning,ceiling fan,electric shower with stall,refrigerator,sink, microwave, electric oven, coffee machine, and other accessories. Double sofa-bed, single bed, and two extra inflatable double mattresses. Outside we have a deck on the sand in front of the sea, a shower, a hammock swing under a treetop, tables, and benches.

Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. The Canto da Mata apartment has an equipped kitchen, bathroom, outdoor area with a folding table for home office, barbecue grill, private garden and PRIVATE whirlpool with a sea view. The apartment shares spaces with the other apartments offered by Canto da Mata: parking, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, gazebo, deck, sofas, gourmet area with refrigerator, cooktop, barbecue, wood-burning oven and dining table. Cozy and newly renovated apartment in front of Martim de Sá beach, with air-conditioning in the living room and in both bedrooms, and a 42-inch TV with Netflix released for you to watch. Our apartment does not have a view of the beach, but as soon as you leave the building, just cross the street and you will already be on the beach without the need to be driving around in traffic. We have a preference for renting to couples and families. We do not rent to groups.
