I spent the holiday with my family at this lodging. The place was super clean very well organized and had everything we needed. The location was in a very quiet location, close to the center and other beaches. The house had a wonderful backyard, lots of nature and wonderful fresh air. We love it.

I spent five days of carnival with my family (group of 15) in the house. Great space to stay, beautiful, organized, large and with the options advertised: swimming pool, barbecue, pool, among others. Very close to the beach and also to shops such as bakery, market, pharmacy, shops and restaurants. The great evaluation was unanimous by the group. And Paulo is very helpful and nice.

Simply a wonderful, quiet and beautiful stay. Besides the house has a lot of space, each room has authenticity and beautiful objects that make you feel at home. Apart from a wonderful view of the sea and nature… Ana was super helpful and kind to us, giving us guidance and support all the time. 💖 all clean organized, I have no complaints honestly, just fond memories

the house is cozy, excellent. as the pictures show. it is large , great rooms with fan and air conditioning. clean kitchen with everything you need, the backyard is beautiful,brings a calm peace, a good pool. and Zenaide a dear, very friendly, polite, answered whenever I needed. We have everything, and is close to the beach doa sapê which is a peaceful beautiful beach. We will always return

It was the second time I stayed at Anna's house and the atmosphere is extremely comfortable, clean and cozy. The house has everything we need, the kitchen has utensils and pans, the colchoes are comfortable and in addition to air-conditioning it also has an option of fans. These are some details, but the house is a grace and very safe. When we went first we took 2 dogs and Anna gave us all the instructions to make the house safer so the dogs wouldn't run away. Communication is very clear and accurate. We love the place and recommend hosting.

Vanessa is very attentive, the house is excellent, and sleeping with the noise of the sea and walking on the waterfront was very good for me and my husband. We also took advantage of the pool on the day it was cloudy. Thank you for the stay and we plan to return for sure!

Very beautiful apartment, with a stone in the room that gives an elegant touch, the person responsible was very attentive, helped us with everything possible. Very nice and clean apartment pool. Air Conditioning in both bedrooms, working perfectly, showerheated that it was a beauty, had ice water filter, microwave, clean fridge, even washing machine. They left products for us to use, in addition to which São Sebastião is very beautiful and you can cross by ferry to Ilha Bela. Everything is close by, I recommend it to discerning customers and we want to come back.

Our stay was wonderful! The house is great, very well equipped and with impeccable cleaning. The location is excellent, with lots of nearby trades. We were very well received by Maria, and counting on Andreia was a great differential. We highly recommend it!

We had a great stay, the house was clean and according to the photos and description. The clean pool and the house exceeded our expectations. Vimerson was very receptive, the house is great, spacious, clean beds and mattresses, a gourmet area and wonderful pool (which the kids love) not to mention the forest reserve with waterfall in front of the house, everything was perfect, we all loved it, we already have plans to make another reservation soon! Just one request... a large mirror because the women love it, lol. Thanks to the hosts for hosting us in their home! 🥰

We were on the carnival holiday. Casa exactly as stated in the photos, very large space, very good location. The host, Dona Lúcia, simply incredible, received us super well, very attentive, gave us tips on the best beaches, it was amazing. Leandro, responded to us in a very agile way in the chat, clear communication, all quiet. We'll be back for sure. When with Ubatuba, I already know where I will host with my family and friends.

Casa very close to the beach, very cozy and good to enjoy with the crowd. We went to the beach in the morning and stayed in the pool, it felt like home! I highly recommend it! Ivanete was super solicit.

simply perfect, the house is beautiful has everything, cookware all complete, beautiful pool, the children loved ❤️ made up of air conditioning in the bedrooms, spacious and super comfortable bedrooms, smart TV and very good wifi. super quiet condominium, everything was impeccable... for sure we intend to return in the future rs ❤️

The accommodation is very good, with the high point the bed that is wonderful. It has almost everything that is necessary for a good stay without having to take anything, it was missing only basic items such as salt, oil and sugar that in the description it says it has, but does not have, and it would also be very good to have at least one macaw to put on the clothes, as there is no cupboard, just a small dresser. The beach at the front of the property is excellent, calm and peaceful. However, we had a lot of problems with the internet that was very unstable and outside several times, and inexplicably the cell phone also does not take very well inside the house, this hindered the days we had to work from there and tb it was not possible to watch TV once, so if you do not need Internet, we recommend it.

Adriana's house is great! Very large, very comfortable, super clean and very well cared for. Da to see that it was decorated with great affection. The garden is a delight and the barbecue area is very functional. Adriana is super attentive and concerned, she was super available all the time, she is a perfect guest!

The space is even bigger and more beautiful in person, held all 15 family members in comfort, the pool was very clean, as was the whole house. The host is very helpful and is quick to respond to messages.
