A área externa possui uma plataforma para um agradável café da manhã com a vista do mar. Do lado esquerdo da suite, fica o espaço gourmet com pia, churrasqueira, forno a lenha, forno de pizza e frigobar e utensilios para cozinhar. Em outra área da propriedade temos um deck de piscina com espreguicadeira.

Cozy and newly renovated apartment in front of Martim de Sá beach, with air-conditioning in the living room and in both bedrooms, and a 42-inch TV with Netflix released for you to watch. Our apartment does not have a view of the beach, but as soon as you leave the building, just cross the street and you will already be on the beach without the need to be driving around in traffic. We have a preference for renting to couples and families. We do not rent to groups.

Located in the São Francisco neighborhood, in São Sebastião, close to the beautiful beaches of the northern coast of São Paulo, with a stunning view of the sea, the Serra and Ilhabela.

The house is located on Pontal da Cruz Beach (see through the Waze App, as Google Maps recognizes it as Praia do Partido, but the address is correct). Spacious, single-story house with 1,700 m² of land facing the sea. Swimming pool with depth for all children and adults, beautiful garden with coconut trees and trees by the beach and a poolside barbecue area. Boat trips with quick access to Ilhabela and beaches near São Sebastião (to be arranged).

It offers comfort for up to 6 people, the condominium has two swimming pools, a relaxation area with Wi-Fi, a game room, and is also next to a market with a bakery and butcher shop, perfect for those who like to eat a hot roll for breakfast. The apartment's balcony has a view of the beach, the condominium's swimming pool and the Pedra do Jacaré.

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
