The house is super clean, well decorated and very cozy. The barbecue space is great, perfect for relaxing and enjoying. The structure is complete, it had everything we needed. In addition, the host was very attentive and advanced the check-in, which made all the difference. I highly recommend it!

We left Quinta extremely marvellous! It was a 1 week stay and I can say for sure, 1 week of peace! The place is extremely cozy, clean, beautiful and of an incredible vibe, not to mention the extreme hospitality that Cristina gave us. My tip for the next guests is: talk more with Cristina in addition to check-in or checkout, you will feel all the hospitality that my wife and I feel, in addition to receiving many tips of what to do on the island. Without a doubt we will repeat our stay on our next vacation. AMAZING 🙏🏽🍀♥️

The house has exceeded our expectations! The location is excellent, very close to the market, gym, beach and with great delivery options in the area. Access is easy and the neighbourhood feels very safe. The house itself is even better than in the photos: very comfortable, spacious, well-equipped, with everything very clean and organized. The hair dryers are great, which made a big difference to the group. It comfortably accommodates up to 10 people, but it is worth mentioning that, with only two bathrooms, it can get a little crowded. A highlight is also the large backyard, perfect for having fun and enjoying moments outdoors. The host was extremely kind, friendly and always very helpful. We would definitely go back and highly recommend!

The most beautiful and cozy place near Florianópolis! The house is beautiful, clean, the pool is warm and cozy. We were greeted with all the instructions for use. The best part was the restaurant recommendations Victor gave us. Access to tourist sites is very easy. Easy access to supermarket, shopping. I'll definitely be back!

Excellent apartment. Very cozy and easy to find. I recommend renting a car to make it easier to get to the other beaches and the centre. Very safe and the condominium provides a chair and umbrella. The apartment has 3 suites plus another bedroom. Very well-equipped kitchen and the hostess left us breakfast products. I highly recommend it

We stayed during the holiday and the experience was excellent! The house perfectly met our expectations and even had more amenities than we expected. Everything was clean, well organized and comfortable. Guilherme was super helpful and attentive, always available to help us with whatever we needed. Great accommodation option in Jurerê. Good value for money. The environment is even more beautiful in person. Comfortable rooms and good mattresses. Direct access to the beach, right on the sand. Presence of steps in the internal and external area. Lucas provided great service, always attentive and polite. As there were no reservations after ours, it allowed us to check out later. Dona Mari, the building's caretaker, is also very attentive.

This is a beautiful unique place. Eating breakfast on the deck in the morning light greeted by sagui (sp?) and butterflies was a treat. Close to beautiful places like Lagoinha do Leste.
