The place is so beautiful! It makes you want to spend a lot of time just enjoying the landscape from the window, including looking for turtles. Hosts are very helpful! Too much worth it!

The environment is well located, close to the beach, you can walk there easily. The space itself is great, everything is very tidy and tasteful. I've stayed with these hosts before, and as always, everything flowed super well. The communication is easy, they are attentive and the check-in/out is autonomous, which speeds up a lot. The house is well organized, cozy, equipped and air-conditioned in all the rooms (plus point). A point of attention: The neighborhood is known as “favelinha do Ibes” and is reputed to be dangerous. During the day it is quieter, but avoid arriving late at night. Township Improvement Suggestions: put blackout curtain on the bedrooms (even the light on the pole hinders those with light sensitivity) and the double bed mattress is uncomfortable. By contrast, single beds and auxiliaries are super comfortable! Overall, it was a good stay.

Highly recommend Jose’s place. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the views and the pool very much!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: The surrounding area is calm and special. It's a villagelike neighborhood with a very folksy atmosphere. the clean beach is a 20-minute walk (5 by car) and it never seems over - crowded. The small, clean kinet has a rooftop terrace that offers spectacular sunset viewing. Overall I got more than I expected.

The stay was wonderful, the host Juliana is super friendly and gave us several nice tips. The apartment is well located and we were able to do many things on foot. Everything was super tidy and just like the photos! I recommend and intend to return :)
