The beach is 450 m away! The initial daily rate is for two people. The house is 55 m: living room, integrated pantry and kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, Santos Dumont staircase to the mezzanine, with two single beds and double mattress. It is in a small condominium, with a common swimming pool. It's for spending quiet days. We have: Wi-Fi (450 MB), air conditioning (ground floor), barbecue, sun umbrella and chairs, and we do not have: TV, microwave, bed linens, bath towels or pillows.
