We are a 4-minute walk to the beach, where there are natural pools and an incredible tourist spot called Pedra Oca - in it you can stand under the reefs during low tide. A safe house, with an alarm, electric fence and concertina, quiet neighbors, a beautiful outdoor shower, a large balcony on the ground floor, a private backyard, in addition to the first floor with a balcony and an en-suite.

Casa Mar is located in Pipa, with access to Praia das Minas. It contains privileged 180-degree views of the Sea and native vegetation. It has a swimming pool and gourmet area, 2 suites with sea view, air cond., King size beds, premium linen. 1 social bathroom. Room with 65" TV, integrated environment with dining room and equipped kitchen. Extra outsourced services: kitchen chef, massage, breakfast. NOTE: When rented for 1 couple, we have 1 open suite. The house will NOT be shared with other guests

This is the location of our house in a CLOSED CONDOMINIUM appropriately called PIPA NATUREZA, ENVIRONMENTAL PRESERVATION AREA, with hiking trails and zip-line tours. - Enjoy SAFETY and TRANQUILITY and enjoy boat rides, indescribable landscapes and ecological sanctuaries!

Apartment with custom-made furniture, spacious with a large terrace with a sea view and Jacuzzi (it has no heating, but gets sun all day). On the terrace, there is a table and chairs to enjoy the weather and the view. The apartment has internet, smart TV and a sofa bed. It has all the appliances to make your stay comfortable. We have an induction stove, microwave, air-fryer, refrigerator, freezer and electric barbecue (cleaning required after use).
