Beautiful beach house over the sea

This beautiful house with one room, bathroom, kitchenet and beautiful balcony (shared with another Ap but the outside forniture is excluive for this house) over the beach is the ideal place for beach lovers. It's literally over the armação the pêra beach and one minute way walking of restaurants, shops and pastrys. The kitchenet has all the essentials and there is also a sleeping couch in the living room. If you just want to enjoy the sea and the Algarve summer vibe this house is for you!

O apartamento está muito bem localizado, a 50 metros da praia e próximo dos restaurantes, lojas e serviços. A cozinha está equipada com frigorifico, micro-ondas, torradeira, máquina de café, etc. Está também equipado com smartTV, Wi-Fi, TV-Cabo, ar condicionado, secador de cabelo, toalhas e lençóis. O edifício não tem elevador.

Seafront T2 apartment in the small fishing village of Armação de Pera. Great balcony with an amazing sea view. To go to the beach you just need to cross the street and enjoy the sun. With two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, living room and a balcony. Very close is a travel agency where you can book a day trip to Lisbon, to the Virgin of Fátima, to Seville, to Gibraltar and other trips through the sea caves, local markets or the Algarve's interior.

Our place is in the top floor of our recently built, modern building and it offers a veranda with the city views. We are in the center of Armação de Pêra with a very short walk to the beach. Nice cafés, bakeries, grocery stores and restaurants near us and on the beach. We are located less the 100 meters to the beach and the main strip. Our place offers the convenience of being downtown where you can have short walks everywhere and no need for car.

Meraviglioso attico con vista spettacolare

Siete i benvenuti in questo stupendo attico appena rimodernato (agosto 2019) su due piani in cima a uno dei più alti palazzi fronte mare. Godrete di una vista spettacolare sulle spiagge, sulla passeggiata e sul caratteristico paese di Armação de Pêra. La posizione assolutamente favorevole all'inizio dell'isola pedonale vi permetterà sia piacevoli passeggiate lungo costa sia di attraversare la strada e accedere direttamente alla spiaggia libera.

L'appartement fait face à la plage et ses larges baies vitrées offrent une vue magnifique sur l'océan. Il se situe dans un immeuble de standing au centre ville et proche de toutes les commodités (superettes, marché, restaurants, boutiques, pharmacie...). Il est situé à 40km de Faro et a 20mn de Albufeira. Il est bien localisé pour découvrir la côte oueste avec ses falaises.( praia da Marinha, Benagil, Lagos et Sagres.)
