Were sensational days! Mr. Antônio's house is wonderful and very clean and organized. The attention he gave us since before the entrance and even after the exit was surreal. Can rent without fear, vcs will be enchanted! In the condominium, close to the house there is a court with a lane around which was great for running, and I did not do my physical activity. I rented the house to a group of 23 people, a band that performed at my wedding. I didn't even stay at the place, but the communication, for closing the rent and etc, was easy and resolute. They made themselves available to cook for the guests and welcomed them very well. The feedback from the group that stayed was the best, they felt at home and welcomed. The house is spacious, beautiful view, very close to the beach. It has hydro, sauna and pool, as well as games. The Peixaria conveys at home and the supermarket is nearby as well.
