Amazing house, wonderful view and very good pool!! Marco responds quickly and gave all the support. To go to the dolphins, just leave the car inside near the entrance and walk down an access at the entrance of the condominium, very good!

The house is excellent, everything works perfectly, beautiful and modern as in the photos, not to mention the impeccable cleanliness of the property. We were very well received, attentive and polite staff. The condominium is very beautiful, it has a very good space for children to play. Sununga beach was very busy, Lázaro beach is great for children and very beautiful too. Nothing to complain about, just an observation that I think is interesting to leave. The garage of the house we stayed in is a little tight, we went in two cars, a Toro and a Fastback, the Toro did not fit, the Fastback was just right. Even so, there is another positive point, Milton was very helpful in resolving it, and on the same day he arranged a space in one of the condominium's garages so that I could park my car. I think it's a good idea to check availability before you travel. The house, the hosts and the staff are 10 out of 10.

The house is spectacular, much more beautiful than in the photos, super clean, organized, equipped and all the equipment working. Sarah is very polite and helpful. We love the stay and we recommend it for sure!

What a wonderful experience to spend the weekend at the house! My boyfriend and I were very well received by Flavia and her husband, a very nice couple and Flavia made sure to help us with anything we needed. The house is breathtakingly beautiful and with a lot of attention to detail in the decoration. It feels like a family home. The bedroom and bathtub upstairs were a big plus and we were very comfortable. The proximity to the beach was sensational and being able to hear the waves breaking from the house was priceless! We highly recommend staying at this house and we will definitely return to take the family with us.

We were delighted with the house of Letícia in Ubatuba! Everything was impeccable — from the cleaning to the smallest details prepared with great care. The reception was wonderful, we felt at home from the first moment. Letícia was extremely attentive, helpful and kind throughout the stay. The experience was perfect in every way. The house matches the listing perfectly, super spacious and airy, very well-equipped kitchen, the jacuzzi was perfect! Communication with the host was super fast and effective, too bad that Ubatuba gave us a lot of rain on the weekend we were there, there is the opportunity for a next visit ♥️

Each extremely comfortable, we were in 10 people but large spaces all well accommodated. We were received with great attention by Dona Neide, who passed the instructions and made herself available. Village exceeded expectations! Neighborhood with nearby things to do by car. We want to return!!!

The dream house is truly a dream. It was two amazing nights. The rooms have a breathtaking view, the house has an affectionate decoration. Martha was very helpful and always responded very quickly. We hired a cook who helped us over the weekend and made the stay even more comfortable. The waterfalls are very close to the house and Paraty is only 15 minutes away. The pool was at a great temperature! We were able to enjoy the water even with an outside temperature of 22 degrees.

Not even the best lens, from the most renowned photographer, would be able to convey the real beauty of this place! Simply indescribable... a unique, unique landscape! Even if the site did not have a jacuzzi with huge whirlpool, a super comfortable bed with top quality bed and bath linens, a complete kitchen with all the utensils you could want, barbecue, pizza oven.... even if it had none of this, it would simply be perfect only for the landscape.... but besides the privileged place that the accommodation is, you can count on everything of the best quality...! My stay at the Dolce Vita house was a real dream, which I wouldn't want it to end. Here I offer my sincere thanks to Vera and Márcio, who were always willing to help with whatever was needed. Vale every penny spent. Hope to be able to return soon !

Nice house, beautiful and in a quiet location. I think it's a good stay for 4 people. There were 6 of us and at the dining table there were only 4 seats and 4 chairs, as well as some kitchen utensils like tea cups. As there were 2 children in the group and in a vacation mood, we didn't mind eating sitting on the living room floor and resting the plate on the coffee table. It was no surprise, as we saw in the photos, but depending on the group, it can be an important point. We were unable to use the Jacuzzi because it takes a long time to heat up and you can't turn it on with the house's electric shower because the circuit breaker trips. When we returned from the beach in the late afternoon, there was always someone wanting to take a shower and remove the sand from their body before entering the Jacuzzi, so we couldn't keep it on long enough to warm up. With the cold water, no one went in, unfortunately. It would be interesting if they could improve the electrical issue to fix that.

The house is spectacular! The location then, there is no talk! It would be impossible to have more feet in the sand than that. Quality towels and bed linen, showers with pressurization, everything extremely clean, airy house with wonderful architecture. Fábio (the local caretaker) and Kellen, welcomed us very well, cooked wonderful dishes for us, Manoel Carlos' soap opera breakfasts, caipirinhas, pizza, fish, portions on the beach, cooler with ice, went to the market, ordered iFood… seriously… the service was surreal. I also extend a special thank you to Kimberly, who took care of the cleaning and won over the young children in the group by being so attentive to them. All very friendly and proactive! We left already wanting to go back!! I highly recommend it, but get ready to raise the bar of the Airbnbs you frequent lol

Gorgeous house, very close to the beach, so it means if you are a family with children you can easily come and go without a car. Very well equipped for cooking also! Great experience!

The house is very good, very nice, spacious..... Five stars easily, the location is also very good, close to some waterfalls and many beaches. I only missed a water filter in the house, a washing machine and new bed linen, the rest is a 10 as well as the host.

The experience was excellent! The view is simply wonderful, exactly as in the pictures, even better in person. Everything was very well organized, clean and attentive to detail. Katia and Marcela were always very polite and helpful, helped me with everything I needed, responding quickly whenever we need something. It was very worth it, the place is beautiful, cozy and super well taken care of. It would surely return!

A peaceful paradise, with an incredible view and a beautiful, very well-equipped chalet! It's the kind of place that becomes the city's attraction. We prefer to stay in the cottage to enjoy the space rather than explore the city so much. Hosts responded quickly and were very helpful...
