House holiday rentals in Praia da Oura

We have stayed in Vilamoura/Quarteria for over 10 years, this time we returned with our 10 month old son so we wanted to stay somewhere that suited our needs a bit better than a typical hotel/apartment and this hidden gem did not disappoint. The villa was perfect (maybe a little bigger than expected from photos) & I couldn't recommend it enough. Perfect location to Vilamoura marina with just a short walk, cant believe we haven't come across it sooner. We will defo be back! Loved it.

We spent a lovely stay at this villa. Very well maintained, very clean and comfortable - located in a very nice pine tree private condominium with other villas near by. It can accommodate 10/12 people with plenty of space. Kitchen has been renovated this past winter, and most of the kitchen appliances are new. It has AC in all areas which is perfect for summer and winter months. The garden is very nice and the swimming pool with plenty of sun! Hosts are amazing and did everything they could to meet our needs. They also supported us with suggestions and requests prior our stay! We cannot ask for more, and we will come back definitely next year.

We really loved the villa however we did feel that our freedom was limited slightly with the decibel meter in the living space which meant that we were actually too worried to even put a film on at the end of the day in case our stay was forfeited due to high noise levels, which was extremely clear was the case at check in, and on signs within the living space. The decibel meter is set to 55 which is that of a very quiet conversation and this did put us on edge each evening, which ideally we would not like during a relaxing holiday.

Absolutely loved our stay at the villa. The house is amazing and the gardens are out of this world! Brilliant location for families as it’s really quiet but within walking distance to the town. The house is so clean - everything was spotless.

The house was very stylish and well-designed as well as well furnished. Everything important was there. The fact that the books were only cardboard boxes reinforced the impression that the house was furnished by the designer rather than by a private individual. But we really enjoyed it. If you want to complain about something, then it's minor things like missing information about the house (WiFi password, where to dispose of rubbish, instructions for the appliances...), already "used" pans and an unusable vacuum cleaner. With such a beautiful house, you can easily overlook it. We found the location perfect for exploring the Algarve. Lagos and Faro are within reach and even the shopping facilities could hardly be better.

We had a fantastic stay at Amanda’s Villa. Had everything you needed for the stay - amazing amenities (especially in the kitchen). Was really accommodating for a larger group and we all had a great time. Would definitely recommend!!

This was our first self catering holiday and this Villa was perfect for 2 adults and our 3 children ages 3,9 and 12. The pool is brilliant, good size with shallow/deep ends. We paid for pool to be heated due to the time of year and it was perfect. Outside area was perfect for us. Amazing communication from start to finish and always happy to help and respond quickly to any questions. The Villa was super clean the the bathrooms and fresh towels provided twice in 9 days. kitchen is very basic, we found it tough to cook dinner for a family of 5, the oven/hob took twice as long to cook any meal, doesn’t get hot enough. Small things like toaster is only two slice, knives very blunt, but we managed. Some salt and pepper would be a nice touch too! Sofa in living room is almost impossible to sit on, we had to remove back cushions to make room to sit. We had an amazing stay and well worth the money we paid. Thank you so much.

We loved our stay at the villa. The garden & the views were amazing. It was perfect for children. The pool had gate, a big plus for security. We liked that there was the possibility to heat the pool (we went end of April - beginning of May). The dining area outside was so nice. The kitchen was fully equipped. The interior design was spotless. Modern bathrooms, comfortable beds, with an authentic feel. You need a car to get around. Everything was close by (5-10 min by car) : beaches, restaurant, supermarket, etc. The host were super responsive. To sum it up : it’s a perfect place for a family vacation!

We enjoyed our stay. The air conditioning was nice, the upper terrance was a great bonus to enjoy wine on before we went out for the night. The host is responsive in a fast timely manner. He made great recommendations for food. I loved how he met us and showed us around the place. The stairs are steep but it’s like that everywhere around the city. Easy walk to restaurants and bars and we felt safe the entire time.

Me and my mates had a fantastic stay here for my best mates stag do. The place itself was so nice and spacious with plenty of bathrooms and the location was great for the old and new town. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone!

Do you want a great, luxurious and yet super cozy holiday in the Algarve? Don't hesitate: this house is perfect. Very neat and spacious house with all the necessary amenities (also various toiletries available for you), beautiful decor, very cozy. Quiet area. Not a holiday home, but a really luxurious family house where you just don't want to leave. Also very spacious garden (lawn, orchards, spacious driveway) with a superb swimming pool and sun loungers/umbrellas. Laura's welcome was great, not intrusive, but just always readily available you had to need something (which wasn't for us, we really had everything our heart desired). During our week-long stay, cleaning was also done in between (with new towels), the garden taken care of and the pool cleaned. In short, did I mention that this house is perfect and its money is completely worth it?

Amazing holiday in an amazing house! Myself and a friend met up for a 5 day stay. Carla met us at the house and allowed us an early check in as no one there the previous day. Carla and her husband met us and were warm and friendly and made us feel at home straight away. The house is so much better than the photos- pristine and comfortable with every needed. It has a great hairdryer, towels, basic condiments, fantastic kitchen and bathroom, beach towels and beach parasols, and the beds are SO comfy with great aircon. But the bonus for us was the outside space- fully private, sunbeds and parasols and beautiful! We sat out every morning with coffee and every evening with wine- perfect for 2 friends who hadn’t seen each other for a year. We had a late flight home and just across the pavement is a small hut selling boat trips who also store luggage! What a bonus as we didn’t have to drag our cases around on our last day. Marina was very responsive and also allowed us to check in earlier , it was really nice! The house is stunning with a lot of attention to details. I think they did a great job to fit in so many things and also the location is just amazing, right next to the beach and close to the city center too. Definitely recommend!

The villa was exactly as described in the brochure. A quiet location in central Albufeira very close to the shops and close enough to all the attractions to make access very easy. The pool and sundeck were superb; sitting as they were with privacy offered by the trees. Excellent value for a great holiday

Marina is a pleasant and responsive host. The accommodation is clean, accurate to the photos. It is on the edge of the beach which makes it very pleasant. I highly recommend it!

I stayed for the second year in a row at the villa of Angie and Chris. Once again our family loved it! The house has a great location, super tidy and clean. The kitchen is equipped and the pool is very clean. Chris has proved to be super responsive to our issues. Calm environment in the surroundings with beaches very close to the villa. We would again choose Vila Palm for a new holiday!

Perfect place in the most beautiful setting! Peaceful and quiet yet only a short drive from locals towns with loads to do! We had everything we needed, the apartment is very well equipped (so grateful for the cot and high chair!) and spotlessly clean! Thank you to everyone involved :) we had a brilliant stay!

Stunning private villa in Pera. The house is extremely well equipped, spacious and neatly decorated. Hosts were very attentive , very knowledgeable of the local area and gave clear instructions. Management team are exceptional , provide a warm welcoming and were helpful throughout. The villa is beautiful, private and has a good supply of kit for children. Everything was immaculately clean and well equipped with basics like salt , pepper , dishwasher tablets , washing machine products and utensils. Absolutely worth the money ! You will need a car to fully appreciate the area. Parking is secure and gated entrance . Perfect !

Beautiful little, very intimate place with a spectacular view. Our host Miguel was very responsive and cordial. A perfect stay. I would highly recommend!

Our stay at Villa Guita was excellent. The location is great, walking distance to a fantastic beach (Praia de Coelha). Tiago and his grandfather Joaquim were great hosts and made us feel very comfortable. We really enjoyed the space and would book again.

We had a great holiday at Miguel in Silves and the kids loved it! The house has plenty of space (we were 5), was very clean and bright and has amazing views. You can walk around the old city from the house. Very nice coffees for breakfast and restaurants for dinner. There are plenty of activities for kids around. Miguel answered to our questions always very quickly and shared recommendations with us. Also very lucky with the weather, the beaches were wonderful and we could enjoy some time in the swimming pool. We will definitely come back! Thanks Miguel!
