We had an excellent stay. Apartment with ceiling fans. Everything was clean and organized, new furniture and mattresses. Condominium actually located on the waterfront, just across the preservation area on the sand.

The accommodation is great! We felt at home. We are super comfortable, the house is very cozy. Everything very clean, organized and with everything we needed. The site has a very good location, close to the beach! We will definitely return more often!

The house is exactly as it is in the photos, very clean, great location, well airy and with everything we need. Kátia was very kind, responded quickly, really an excellent place to rest. The only thing that bothered me a little bit was a camera in the barbecue area, I think there was no privacy there.

The very well-equipped house, great for traveling in a group, has dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, coffee strainer, very well-equipped. We rented in order to enjoy the carnival in Iguape, it was great because we stayed less than 15 minutes from the center of Iguape, we were able to enjoy the beach on the Island as well. There is farmacia da to go on foot from the house, less than 400m. The markets and the beach are more comfortable to go by car, as we drove all this was less than 3min from the house! Lucilene always available and sympathic. One thing we love is the silence around, really quiet the street! We went in 3 couples and each managed to stay in a room! We highly recommend it!

I loved the house, very well located, the space is very good for children, it has a very nice yard, everything is clean and organized, the house offers everything for a quiet stay, well-ventilated space, better than in the photo, the place is so calm that you can hear the sea from the house, many colorful birds with their wonderful songs, we had the opportunity to walk to the beach with our 4-year-old daughter, deserted beach, it was practically just us. The island is beautiful and full of attractions, Lucas is very polite and always ready to answer any questions. I will certainly return, I highly recommend it to everyone.

Great, very spacious with several suites, one suggestion would be to light the lawn, and make the barbecue a little bit bigger. The location is great, in front of the beach, everything is close by.

The host was always very helpful, responded quickly to messages and resolved everything with peace of mind, without creating obstacles. The location is great, with quick and easy access to the beach. The house has everyday essentials by the sea, such as sunshade, chairs and cooler. It is a great home for families with small children, as it has a large garden and pleasant outdoor area. Sleeping listening to the sound of the sea was a delight! As a suggestion to make the stay even more practical, it would be interesting to provide pillows and a support for a gallon of water. Although we know that the absence of the pillows is already signaled in the listing, it is worth mentioning that they are bulky items, especially for those traveling with a large family and in a small car. A warning only for future guests: the beds are Queen size and there is no supply of bed linen.

Very clean and organized house, it exceeded our expectations; The rooms are large with ceiling fans, blackout curtains and air conditioning, the bathrooms are large, you can organize the belongings well; Full kitchen, we usually carry utensils on trips, but it wasn't necessary, had everything I needed and more. I believe that the house is much more beautiful than the pictures show, my family loved, we had not yet finished the stay and we were already scheduling to return. Regia, the host, is helpful and attentive, as it was the first time she used the site, she helped me in the details, a very dear person. Casa 10/10.

Casa da Luciana is wonderful and very clean, it has everything we need. I felt at home . Very close to the beach and close to the dunes was great those 5 days, although we will rent more often.. Gratitude
