Beachfront holiday rental in Praia da Guarita

Our stay was great! Great location, close to Guarita Park. The balcony of the apartment had a beautiful view of the beach. The location is great, just like the pictures. The apartment had all the utensils we needed. The host, Consuelo, was always very kind and agile in the responses and allowed us to make the checkout more flexible.

We had excellent days in the apartment, clean apartment, with all necessary basic utensils, apartment close to the beach, we left the car on the street and had no problems! Fabio was very helpful to us, he answered us super fast! I highly recommend the stay!

We love every minute of our stay, communication with Daniel was excellent since the first contact still in the reservation. He answered the questions whenever we asked them, kindly considerate. The apartment is great with everything we need, the location is wonderful, Top too, from the balcony we accompany the programming in the plaza of the beach. Quiet place, airy, clean. Great communication with the Caretaker. We were super comfortable, like at home anyway. The surroundings of the apartment are fantastic, market, bakery, center, beach, everything nearby, we left the car in the garage and did everything on foot. We will definitely return.

I went with my family and everyone loved staying in Karen's penthouse apartment. Very spacious, airy, great accommodation. And the view from the penthouse and the rooms is stunning. I am not tired of looking at the side of the Guitar Lagoon and at the hills on the other side of the city. It is close to the beach and the Vesta mall and other shops and restaurants. The house is beautiful, very enjoyable. The beach is uncrowded. The pool is super clean. The electrical installation is a little loose. The plugs are half loose. But overall, I would go again. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was super-equipped, very complete. I recommend it 100%.

Exactly, the same as the images. Great location and sea view! All very clean and organized, neat bedding and towels, super-equipped kitchen. The only point is that we couldn't take a hot bath in the suite shower, but as there were two others, we didn't even call on José Alan, but I'm sure it would support us as it was since the rental. New Space with basic amenities. We miss some kitchen items, especially in a longer stay and it is customary to cook. Beds are comfortable as well as kitchen chairs and sofa. An excellent proximity to the beach.

We very much like the house and the beach! Great place to rest. The house had everything we needed and is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Our "sausages" had the courtyard with grass, well litter, where they could stay and it was very nice to wake up every day by the sea side!

Very good house, three large bedrooms, one of which is a suite. Complete and well-equipped kitchen, a large patio and a covered area, great for barbecuing and leisure... My family and I were very well received. We'll be back for sure. Quiet place, no noise, perfect for resting the mind. Mr. Claiton is always very attentive and helpful. We only have good things to say about this place. We have nothing to complain about. We want to come back to this same accommodation more and more often.
