Balcony with deck, hammock and private garden. The entire house is on one level, with no steps or stairs and easy access for children, the elderly and people with any mobility issues. The property is large and has a privileged geographical formation that shelters it from the northeast wind, allowing the guest to enjoy the surroundings in any weather condition.
