Great! The house is very good, and communication with the hosts was very easy. The house was clean, with everything working well. There is not much to do on the outskirts of the house because it is located on the edge of a highway, but nevertheless it is well located. I recommend it!

My wife and I stayed in Carolina's lovely house for two months. We absolutely love it. It is such a beautiful area. The grounds are lush with trees and flowers and a view of the lagoon. We were regularly visited by hummingbirds, toucans, and marmoset monkeys. Her home is so similar to a yoga studio. It is a simple house yet it is designed beautifully. This is a place for nature lovers, and nature comes with beauty as well as some surprises at times. Carolina was a lovely host, responsive in explaining how all everything works. We absolutely adore this place and we are already planning our next stay

We stayed during the holiday and the experience was excellent! The house perfectly met our expectations and even had more amenities than we expected. Everything was clean, well organized and comfortable. Guilherme was super helpful and attentive, always available to help us with whatever we needed. We definitely recommend and would come back at a next opportunity!

The most beautiful and cozy place near Florianópolis! The house is beautiful, clean, the pool is warm and cozy. We were greeted with all the instructions for use. The best part was the restaurant recommendations Victor gave us. Access to tourist sites is very easy. Easy access to supermarket, shopping. I'll definitely be back!

The apartment is more beautiful than in the photos. Well decorated, spacious and very complete, with absolutely all the necessary utensils and amenities. Fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed and impeccable bed linen! Excellent shower (gas). The condominium has an excellent structure and the location is heavenly!! In addition to direct access to the beach, it has an indoor, heated pool and a restaurant that is open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays during the off-season, but is open all week during the high season. As for the apartment, having meals on the balcony looking at the sea... wonderful!! And the dorms also have a clear view of the beach!! You can see the sea from your bed. Neida was an excellent host! He took care of every little detail to make us comfortable!! We felt at home!! You left a welcome treat. It's an excellent place to work from home. Neida provided an office chair and has a dishwasher and washing machine. We'll definitely be back again. We love it!!

Genuinely the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. To start off, Jessica is the best host, always responsive and very kind. She even added an extra day to my stay for free when she heard about my travel plans changing. The house it self is old but that gives it charm. Her grandpa built it and you can tell it’s treated with care. Although it doesn’t say it on the listing this house could technically sleep 9. The view is stunning and they even have sign for a lookout point. The view alone is worth what you pay. It is very private and you are the only house on the mountain. The walk on the beach is maybe 30 steps, so don’t let that deter you from booking. Jessica’s mother is also very sweet and created me with a big hug. Jessica gives you recommendations on food and deliveries. The house is also near the popular sand dunes. Overall book this Airbnb if you want to have an amazing stay!

Very good apartment in Barra da Lagoa and I only moved here because of the bakery around the corner from the apartment. The only bad thing is that the wifi didn't work and it was a big inconvenience for me since I work virtually. Claudia, Benta's sister, was very kind and tried to fix it, but it still didn't work. Good communication from her. The place is very quiet and nice. The apartment has everything.

Viajamos en Abril 2025. We were 3 friends, we were 9 days. Both for check-in and checkout were very flexible, which is appreciated. The house was in perfect condition, with all amenities including lounge chairs and beach umbrella. Very comfortable beds, clean sheets, and excellent condition of the kitchen and its utensils. The complex has an exit to the beach, it was beautiful and very comfortable to be able to go to the beach as if you are going out to the patio. It is very easy to locate, it is 1 block from the main street of Barra, where all the necessary shops are located and there is public parking. We were greeted with chocolates and a welcome letter. Both Fabiola and her husband were always attentive and predisposed to help us with what we need. They are genius! Highly recommend it. Thank you!!

Valmir and his wife are super helpful and friendly! Simple apartment but with the essentials to spend your travel days! I liked it and I will definitely return Just one point to note: the blankets had a strong musty smell. Township attacked my rhinite well. I don't know if they were washed before, but it would be nice to wash them for each guest. I didn't say anything at the time so as not to bother you, but I'm sure you would have been willing to resolve it. Other than that, everything was fine and everything went well! I liked it

My wife and I spent 3 nights in the cabin during Easter, the place corresponds to the ads and photos, we were well served and informed by the Floripa Best Choice. It is a very reserved place, quiet and without noisy neighbours. Nearby we don't have many options of activities, restaurants and (large) market demand to leave the Ratones neighborhood and go to other locations, but nothing out of the norm of Floripa. The wifi network is very good and has supplied our needs to use cell phones. The bed is on the 2nd floor, with only access by a staircase, where it has a double bed, sockets for cell phones and 2 small countertops. The bathroom is also well organized and the electric shower accounted for the message (20°C average temperature). Well-equipped and clean kitchen with electric kettle and an airfrier that we do not use, the living room sofa is very comfortable as well. There is no TV there, but the radio has already served us very well, since the idea is that it is a "refuge" to rest.

The house was in excellent condition inside a peaceful condomínio. The spaces are just as described and every part of the house is in good condition. It is worth renting a car to stay in this area as there are not many things to do within walking distance.

The stay at Luiz's place was very good! The house is very well located, in a perfect state of cleanliness and everything working properly. We were in a group of 10 people and we answered super well. I definitely recommend it.
