I rent out house no. 2 with a swimming pool, in the Alfa resort in Arroio do Sal/RS. It has 2 bedrooms, fans in the bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, TV, internet, Sky, Netflix, an equipped kitchen, a closed patio, CINDAPA alarm and monitoring. WE DO NOT RENT TO GROUPS OF FRIENDS, ONLY FAMILIES. WE DO NOT RENT TO EVENTS OR BIRTHDAYS. The rental is for up to 7 people. NO LOUD NOISES. We do not provide bed linen. No more than 2 small pets. The cleaning fee is R$ 200.

Our unit features a hot tub, smart TV with all open channels, queen bed, the entire cabin with gas heating, hot and cold air-conditioning, a balcony overlooking the river, an outdoor fire pit, a hammock area and an aerial deck in the midst of nature. The entire cabin was planned with care and comfort for our guests, in addition to the wonderful view of the Canyons and the Serra.

Rustic cottage @chaledavilasc with 390 square meters of exclusive land, perfect for resting and venturing out with friends. The chalet has a spectacular view of the Malacara Canyons, Crowned Indians and Molha Coco, and we are 4 km from the city center with a fully paved route. Note: steep stairs, not recommended for people with mobility issues.
