The Casa sul Porto was born from the love of its owners for Maratea, a Lucanian town considered the pearl of the Tyrrhenian Sea, a very green amphitheater that has the sea as its stage. It is located a few meters from the small tourist port of Maratea, the village where the residence is located is immersed in a network of stairs, arches and narrow passages. On the one hand it is surrounded by greenery, on the other it has a magnificent view of the Christ. The house is very bright and each apartment has at least one view of the sea.

Apartment located 500 meters from the historic center, with a balcony overlooking the sea, air conditioning and private parking. The apartment comprises a living area with a kitchenette, a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. On the balcony, there are also two deckchairs and a table with chairs for having lunch or dinner. Bedding and bath linens included in the price. The tourist tax, which is payable at the property, is not included in the price.

My place is close to the Masseta Marine Park with beautiful panoramic views; 8 minutes by car from Scario center, 15 minutes from Sapri, the City of the Gleaner and starting point of the Cammino di San Nilo, 20 minutes from the caves of Morigerati and the Capelli di Venere waterfall. It is located in the countryside, in a panoramic and quiet place, outside the town, with private parking and a large garden. The apartment is suitable for couples, families, including those with children, and groups of friends.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. In fact, we are in the centre of the town and 100 metres from the beach. All amenities are at your fingertips and you don't need to use the car. The open-plan space is on the third floor of a family building, which does NOT have a lift. The use of barbecues on the terrace is STRICTLY prohibited by municipal regulations.
