Cozy flat with a big terrace, breakfast and AC

Modern furnished apartment with a beautiful panoramic view of Prague from a big terrace (12 m2) is just 2 stops by subway to the centre-Wenceslas Square or 10 mins by tram (even at night). The apartment is located on 5th floor (with elevator) near Vyšehrad area with lots of parks (10 mins’ walk). The apartment has a lovely new terrace with table and 2 chairs. It's perfect for romantic evening with a wine glass (or amazing Czech beer). It's very comfortable in summer thanks to air conditioning.

Our Wonderful Home near City Center

Last year completed reconstruction gave rise an originally designed, spacious, bright and cozy appartment where we (as a family with 2 children) enjoy plenty of space for relaxation and fun. As we love to travel, we usually leave the town every weekend, that’s why we have decided to let you enjoy this pleasant space instead of us :-) A bedroom with a special triple-bed (made to measure), living room (with triple-bed huge sofa), children's room with 2 beds, spacious kitchen with all equipment.

I offer for rent a furnished flat 2+1, 70,4m2 situated on the 2nd floor. In the flat, there are two rooms, a kitchen, bathroom and spacious balcony. The kitchen is with appliances, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. There is a bathtub and toilet in the bathroom. The house is located between two big parks. Very nice and quiet location with very good accessibility to the center of Prague. For 2 to 4 subtenants. Nearby house there is a tram stop, only three stations to subway line A or C.

The flat is in a quiet area with a good view over Prague. If you come by car there is a parking space.There is a bus station right next to the house and the closest tram station is 4 minutes away.
