Center by subway-9 min. Center by taxi - 12 min. (approx. 5€) At night, there is a direct bus from the center in front of the house. There is a possibility of paid parking in front of the house. This apartment will be just for you. You'll have maximum privacy. If you are traveling with a baby - a crib and a chair.

We offer a 1+kk apartment near the Budějovická metro station - it is only a 10-minute drive to the city center. The apartment is renovated and fully equipped. It is very bright and quiet, making it an ideal place for a couple or friends who want to enjoy the city but also have a quiet place to sleep or work. There are a number of shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Parking is FREE in front of the house from the weekend (from Friday 20:00 to Monday 8:00), other days it is 20 CZK/hour and at night always FREE (from 20:00 to 8:00)
