Very beautiful apartment, very well equipped with everything you need including a beautiful view of the see. The area is very remote and 35 minutes away from Hua Hin, you will need a scooter or car to move around because GRAB is not available here. The host is very helpful and the communication is super easy with her. Thank you for letting us stay here :)

Beautiful, peaceful, private place. Although old, it is very well maintained. The beach is clean and quiet. Suitable for traveling by private car. There is a 7-11 store not far from the accommodation. Suitable for both couples and families trip.

We stayed in this nice apartment as a couple - and we enjoyed everything. Nice interior, comfortable bed, good equipment, everything clean . Location has been great, too. Central city, beach, restaurants everywhere, 7/11 just 50 meters away. Check-in was easy and also early check-in would have been available. Very kind and fast communication with Tolge. Clear recommendation! 😊👍

Wir haben einen Monat in dieser Wohnung verbracht und waren mit unserer Wahl sehr glücklich. Die Wohnung mit Balkon und Dachterrasse ist genauso, wie sie auf den Fotos aussieht. Die Kommunikation mit Kenneth war super. Er hat uns einen Fahrer für die Anreise vom Flughafen in Bangkok vermittelt, der uns sehr zuverlässig zum Surin Beach und wieder zurück gebracht hat. Das Bett war mir etwas zu hart und kaum habe ich es gesagt, habe ich schon einen Topper bekommen. Die Anlage wird super gepflegt. Wir haben bei Kenneth einen Saleng (ein Roller mit Beiwagen) gemietet, mit dem wir in das etwa 10 Minuten entfernte Dorf fahren konnten. Dort gibt es viele Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Massagen zur Auswahl. Es gibt aber auch zwei Restaurants ganz in der Nähe am Strand. Wir werden wieder kommen.

We had a great stay! The room looked exactly like the photos. Pros: - High ceilings and lots of space - Three large balconies - Well-equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils - Washing machine - Filtered drinking water available - Friendly and communicative host with good English - Huge modern Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi - Private audio system with a subwoofer Cons: - Some furniture is a bit old, and some cabinets are hard to open - The location is not ideal – the area feels somewhat abandoned, delivery drivers and taxis sometimes had trouble finding the place - Despite having mosquito nets on all windows, we experienced a severe insect invasion for a couple of days during our monthly stay Thank you! 🙏🏻

Unbeatable location, fantastic facilities, much bigger apartment than pictures make out, communication was awesome, everything smooth, will check availability anytime were in hua hin and encourage others with kids to do the same!

Overall, our family of 5 enjoyed staying here for 10 days. The unit was very spacious and comfortable for us. Wifi and air con worked well and the place was very clean. It was so nice to have 2 bathrooms! The host was extremely kind, responsive and proactive. She helped us arrange transport from Bangkok. The bunk bed room was awesome as there were lots of toys. The kid's felt it was the nicest rental we've stayed at, especially because of the clean pools, waterpark, and indoor play room. The place is a 5 min walk to the beach through the rear gate. Note that the pools are not right on the beach (as some of the pictures show). The nice part about the location is that it is close to 2 night markets (open 3-4 days a week). The resort is located a bit aways from the center of town (1 hour walk according to google maps). It is located on a main road with many massage parlours, but the side streets don't have many shops. So we didn't find it as walkable as other places we've stayed at.

Great accommodation. The place is as it appears in the pictures with good seafood restaurants within walking distance. The host is very friendly and happy to give recommendations on things to do. Overall very good value for money and we will visit again.

The villa is according to the photos. The place is quiet. The host is really kind and always ready to help us whatever the problem is. Overall, it was incredible vacation.

Amazing place for anyone who looks for a quiet vacation. The house looks even better than the pictures. There is plenty of room and the kitchen is awesome. The bed is super comfortable. The house is on the most quiet street in town. Just two minutes walk from the nearest 7 eleven. And about 5 minutes walk from the local foid market. This is a really good deal. Highly recommended for anyone who loves a peaceful and quiet vacation near the swimming pool.

A great getaway villa if you want to stay away from all the city noise! Plenty of space within the villa, everything is as showed on photos, the host and her husband are very friendly and nice people! Especially loved the pool!

An amazing villa, we would definitely stay here again. Total bills for 8 days came to 1400 THB which we thought was reasonable for the amount of air con use. The pool was the perfect size for two of us and we enjoyed the outdoor patio area where we could play pool. Overall we had a really relaxing stay and looking forward to returning next year!

The pictures of this house did not lie. For a place that looks quite humble from the outside, it is really nice inside. Spacious, big bedrooms and clean bathrooms. An area for BBQ and lots of kitchen utensils and cutleries. The house is a mere 30 seconds walk to the beach where we enjoyed ourselves every sunrise, afternoon and evening. There is a cool, ocean breeze throughout the day. It is also a short walk out to the main road where there is a 7-11 opposite the road, malls, transportation, cafes, eateries, etc. We walked for about 3km along the beach to the center of town. My only comment is it would be nice if some bottled water, coffee, tea, sugar, etc was provided. You can buy bottled water from the caretakers next door but perhaps some complimentary ones would be appreciated. Nevertheless, I would stay here again and again. Love the place!

Nice apartment which has a wide working desk which was really good for a remote worker like me. The apartment complex has a gym and two swimming pools. Checking in and out was very easy at the condo office downstairs.

Vše OK. Hostitelka velmi milá, během pobytu bylo v Bangkoku zemětřesení a potěšilo nás, že se zajímala, zda jsme v pořádku. Navíc vyměnila gauč, to bylo příjemné. Pobyt jsme si užili.

Beautiful appartment, it has nice gym and a pool (the water in the pool were frozen cold). We had a wonderful time at Art's appartment. you need some kind of transportation to get in and out of the appartment to the town and back.

Have stayed is several air B&B all over the world. Hard to find someone who is a responsive, friendly and respectful. You will not be regret staying here i promise you. What you see in the photos is exactly what you will receive while staying in this beautiful condo. Will recommend it to my friends for sure.

Our month at Goya's place was quiet, comfortable, and a great value. The space has some wear n' tear, but is nicely equipped - just like the photos. Excellent pool, workout room, AC, fan, Smart TV, WiFi, clothes washer, security, parking. Beach is 10 minute walk, same for Bluport mall & night markets too. Restaurants, 7-11, songthaew transport all right out front. Our utility charge was about $1 per day. Goya is very responsive. She was flexible with our changing plans & requests and acted fast to address cigarette smell from previous guest. In all, a good experience & price. We'd stay here again.

Great place and location close to the markets/food and the beach. Peaceful location and friendly staff always saluting to us as we leave and enter the complex, feel like an important person 😊.
