The cottage is located on the outskirts of the village of Hůrka, by the bike path and 150 meters from the Lipno reservoir, ideal for active holidays and relaxation. The accommodation has 82 m² on two levels, 3 bedrooms, a terrace and a garden. The pool on the premises is shared and is open in July and August. The other half of the duplex is also owned by us and is not rented.
