It has a cozy living room with a gas log fireplace and huge tv! The kitchen is fully equipped with a gourmet coffee bar! We also offer Nestle Cottage next door if needed.

This is a renovated guest house that was built in 1940. It has great 1940's features, like hardwood floors, high ceilings, and large scale windows. We removed 2 major walls, which opened up kitchen/dining room /living room, to one big space. The guest-house now has an open, bright feel, with a funky, mid-century decor. Our property consists of 3 acres, yet is only one block from downtown Boone. The outside setting is very secluded and natural- with a wooded hillside, creek, and huge yard.

The New River runs directly in front of the property and provides unique access to pristine, hatchery supported trout fishing. Back in side we have a full Kitchen with all amenties of home, Dining Room, Living room with plenty of space to relax and watch TV, And a large Bedroom with adjoining Bathroom.

Songbird Cabin is a two-bedroom, one-bath retreat 18 miles from Boone, NC. Set on the 26-acre Cornett Deal Christmas Tree Farm, it offers views of Grandfather and Beech Mountains. Guests can stroll the pond, explore open spaces, or enjoy outdoor games. The cabin features a Blackstone griddle for cookouts and a cozy wood-burning fireplace with firewood provided. Visit Cardinal’s Nest Craft Shop, and note other rentals share the property while keeping its peaceful charm.
