Very good welcome, very functional and spacious accommodation, very well located in town with parking nearby. Passing on the street though a little noisy, but we didn't mind. Pleasant stay!

She and her husband are very friendly and attentive. The accommodation was impeccable, with the essentials for a pleasant stay. The residence is quiet with its inner courtyard but in center, close to shops. A big plus, dog-friendly. We'll be back with pleasure, thank you.

Very nice apartment. Comfortable bedding. Quiet street. ( it was school holidays so quiet because be careful otherwise you are facing a primary school). You have parking space in the residence. The towels and sheets provided are a real plus. There's a washing machine. You are in the heart of Bagnères so everything nearby ( restaurant, laundromat, crossroads) . Several small negative points Claire was not there when we arrived when I had sent a message half an hour before arriving as she had asked me and that she knew our arrival time. Luckily they live nearby and her husband arrived maybe later. For checkout the same, we had an appointment at 12pm, at 12:30 pm person, I had to send a message so that she would tell me that she could not come and leave the keys in the mailbox... Another small negative point: the joints of the bathtub deserve a good refresh. Otherwise good value for money.

Joanna has put a lot of care and thoughtfulness into providing a comfortable, attractive, well-equipped, relaxing apartment which was an ideal base for us to enjoy exploring the local peaks of the Pyrenees. She is friendly and helpful and a good communicator.

Functional and pleasant accommodation. Well equipped with all the essentials to have a pleasant time. The pool is a lovely plus. Only downside the elevator broken during our stay but which is not the fault of Jean-Luc and Nelly. They were also very kind and responsive.

The accommodation offered is very quiet, last residence in a cul-de-sac, overlooking Cauterets. Private parking is a real plus, especially with a baby, parking nearby to unload everything is not negligible. The accommodation is close to the city centre, but after the hikes, walking there is something to think about twice (easy descent, a little less ascent after the meal😅). Sandy is very available and welcoming. The apartment is in a quiet residence. The weather allowed us to eat our meals on the very well located balcony (mountain view).

Thank you to Denis for his hospitality, responsiveness and kindness. we are repeat offenders and I note that from one year to the next there is more and more equipment provided (the Air Fryer!) in a home where there is a lot of it. it's simple: there's everything. And lots of games for kids too, of all ages. There were new ones there too. I regularly use Airbnbs and this one is part of my top list for value for money. Recommended +++

Very clean and well located accommodation. 10 minutes by car from the points of interest in the area and less expensive than the neighbors. Also, even if we couldn't talk, the host was very responsive.
