Very peaceful environment with an unobstructed view of the countryside and the Pyrenees on a clear day. 10 minutes from the Saramon leisure centre (swimming lake) 20 minutes from Auch. Notable villages and sites (Castelnau-Barbarens, Simorre, Sansan) Numerous hiking and bike trails. Horseback riding excursions for experienced riders nearby. Limited access to the owners’ pool; opening hours to be agreed upon together.

The house has 2 bedrooms, each with dressing room, shower room and toilet. A living room with sofa bed and a cocooning corner ideal for daydreaming or reading. A fully equipped and bright kitchen. A covered and intimate terrace with access to the shared swimming pool during the summer. Please note there is no internet access in my cottage.

Country Chalet

This small wooden chalet, built on stilts by the owner, is backed by the farm buildings. Well isolated from the cereal farm, you will be surrounded by a small landscaped garden, a vegetable garden, and a small sunflower crop; with private access. It offers unobstructed views of the hillsides of the Gers and access to the old restored washhouse. Right in the heart of the Astarac PNR project, you will discover its biodiversity, architectural and agroecological heritage.

Come and stay in our 20 m2 dome in the heart of a Gers village. Located close to our house, not overlooked, you can walk around and discover colorful landscapes, hills, sunflower fields... For the lucky ones, on a clear day, you will have the chance to see the Pyrenees and at night you can fall asleep admiring the starry sky. Breakfast is included and packed lunches are available on request.
