Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Watch out for the beam at the bedroom level at 1.70 m.

Free parking is available 100 m from the accommodation, you will be a few minutes' walk from the various shops and restaurants of Le Piton.

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

You will stay in the historic restaurant L'Espérance. The former wedding hall, which overlooked the vineyards and the Loire, has been transformed into two single-storey apartments. Enjoy the breathtaking view from the terrace equipped with a new dining table, chairs and garden furniture. A private courtyard is available for your vehicle. You will be ideally located, 200 metres from the city centre and its amenities. Get ready for a pleasant stay!

Charming house in the heart of Pouilly-sur-Loire, located close to the banks of the Loire and shops, you can relax there in peace. ON THE GROUND FLOOR: - living room - equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge, SENSEO, toaster, kettle... - restroom ON THE UPPER FLOOR: - 2 bedrooms / 160*200 bed - shower room - toilet The house has a private enclosed courtyard with a dining area. You can park a vehicle or bikes there. Parties are not allowed.

We welcome you to our charming, quiet, bright little house with a garden and a beautiful terrace overlooking the Loire. Sheets and towels are provided. We also provide shower gel, shampoo, tea, coffee, salt, oil, etc. You can reach the towpath along the Loire in a 2-minute walk and the shops in 10-15 minutes. Bicycles can be stored in the garage. The Loire à Vélo cycle route is located just on the other side of the Loire.

In the apartment you will have a 12 m2 bedroom with a double bed, and a TV. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, Senseo coffee machine, microwave, fridge, washing machine, etc. and the bathroom has a SMALL shower cabin (70X70).

(3 km from Pouilly-sur-Loire, 13 km from Sancerre) Spacious house with 4 bedrooms each equipped with their bathroom. Towels and sheets are not provided (1 bed of 160, 2 of 140 and 2 of 90) If forgotten, I will charge you for the stay: €15 per bed
