Wi-Fi is of course available. Stays of up to 12 days can be requested. The 1-room apartment has about 26 sqm of living space.

The space is commercially registered and therefore not subject to Berlin’s housing conversion ban. The Berlin City Tax (7.5%) is listed separately and included in the final price.
