Holiday rentals with a patio in Potrero

A fantastic place with a very friendly host ready to make you feel like home. Very clean and all as in the pictures. Will be happy to come back if I’m ever in Coco again.

Truly amazing stay. Laura could not of been a better host. From the start we felt right at home and Laura was kind enough to offer us rides to town to show us around. She made us feel right at home and her property is beautiful. For getting to town just use Uber, it’s really cheap! Casa Catalina is the perfect spot in Tamarindo and Laura could not have been a better more thoughtful host!

A very nice place, well cleaned, very beautiful decor fully equipped has all the needs, communication and super easy access, important to consider that it is on a second floor above a shopping center! Under the apartment you have, pharmacy !

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Esteban’s place. The apartment was perfect for us and the surrounding grounds and pool are private and peaceful. Definitely a great stay!

Had the best stay! The place was stocked and clean. The complex is amazing, close to the beach and the pool was perfect for a baby and kids. Lots of great restaurants and markets within walking distance. Kristena was so pleasant to deal with and was so attentive. Will be back for sure!

The accommodation and property were very well maintained. Gardens were beautiful and they had even put the plant name beside some of them. It is a lovely retreat to come “home” to at the end of a busy day site seeing. The rooms were well thought out, details that we didn’t even know we needed! Mango and the others were helpful and quick to respond to questions even late in the evening. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Excellent place. It combines modernity and the tranquility of being in the forest. It is 5 minutes by car from the lively area of the beach where the restaurants and bars are. Close to a couple of banks, and even the police station. Perhaps to arrive by bicycle or on foot (for those who like to walk), it is a little difficult, especially at night, because it is dark and the paved street is narrow. It's better to use a slightly higher vehicle to avoid setbacks on the dirt part, especially when it rains. The place has everything you need to have a great stay. Everything works perfectly, all very recent in the equipment. Even the coffee is delicious. Pool with clean water and a pleasant temperature at all hours, I even went in at 6 in the morning and I can attest that it is warm at that time. I would definitely come back, when I come back to the Tamarindo area. I congratulate the host, because he knows his business. Congratulations.

Our stay was amazing! The property is beautiful, we even saw monkeys in the tree from our balcony. We loved how close it was to town but also secluded enough so we could enjoy nature. Would love to stay again! Keep in mind the parking spots are at the bottom of a steep driveway. Not far by any means but it is a steep walk up.

Enis was our host and she was wonderful. She promptly responded to any questions or issues that we had. She was always readily available. The house itself is adorable and very clean. The pool and patio area is spectular. Everything you need is very close to the house. Some lovely restaurants, with live entertainment great food and service. and the sunsets!!Grocery stores and beaches are close as well. This was our second time staying in Potrero but our first time at Enis'. Potrero is a wonderful little town that has something for everyone. We will definitely be back for a third time.

Our family of 4 (2 parents and 2 teens) spent a week at Benton's place and loved every second. The home is gorgeous and exceptionally well stocked. The beds are very comfortable (something that is very important to us) and the spaces are pleasant. The view is second to none! If you are looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle of your own life or busy tourist locations to recharge, this place is it. Benton was incredibly helpful, friendly and responsive. He booked a fantastic chef for us for 3 meals (some of the best meals we had while in the area) and a wonderful snorkeling adventure. He also gave us great recommendations on the best grocery stores and restaurants in the area. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Casa Azul and what a thoughtful and kind host Benton is. You won't be disappointed with a stay here.

Jennifer and Chip are the best hosts that you can ever hope for! Great communicators, very knowledgeable about the area and things to do, immediate responsiveness to anything that was needed, and just amazing overall people! We had their rental for 3 months and it was a wonderful experience! Thanks so much Jenn and Chip!

First foreign experience on Airbnb...Great stay! We enjoyed the villa, pool, and outdoor terrace attached to the bedrooms. Wishlist for the playa Conchal which is nearby by car. To relax and rest, it's a great place. Marie is very welcoming and quickly responds to our questions.

My family and I just finished staying at Casa Serena for the last month & a half and I have to say it was a life changing experience. We reconnected with nature and most importantly with ourselves. We stayed here for a month and a half so we got to really feel everything that the house and surrounding area had to offer. The area of Potrero is very safe and we felt very safe despite the seclusion of the property. The views are UNBEATABLE and the amazing breeze you get being up on that mountain is very refreshing, especially since Guanacaste is usually very warm. We have endless beautiful memories in the infinity pool. The kitchen is very well equipped to cook any type of meal. We ate at the home basically every day. The concierge team is of the highest quality with immediate responsiveness to any of our hiccups. (Note we “lived” there for nearly 50 days, so our needs were more demanding than most and the concierge team was STILL able to deliver!) Thank you Casa Serena team!

We were delighted with the comfort, the residence was definitely what we were looking for to rest. The only drawback was that on the last day the pool had a malfunction, but our hosts immediately got in touch and we were able to fix it. We would definitely come back

This place is a gem! The location is perfect for exploring the area, the house is stylish and comfortable, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it!

This apartment is outstanding and comes with every amenity you could ask for — even a dryer, which is quite rare in Costa Rica. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the ocean views from both the master bedroom and the living room are absolutely spectacular. Frances is a wonderful host — very attentive and always checking in to make sure everything is perfect. I can’t say enough good things about this place. It truly exceeded our expectations.

A wonderful condo in a quieter part of town with peaceful pools and beautiful views from the rooftop. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Lis's accommodation is in excellent condition just for a family trip, the location is excellent close to many beautiful beaches, we hope to return. My daughter's comment: I love the villa the pool was delicious very clean and the house is beautiful, I really liked that it was in front of the Potrero beach. I loved the terrace which has everything very nice. 😊🏖️

Amazing Family Vacation at Playa Flamingo! Our stay at Cody and Anna’s wonderful Airbnb in Playa Flamingo was truly unforgettable. The property is perfect for families—spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My three teens loved the nearby beache and all the fun activities, while I appreciated the peaceful surroundings and beautiful ocean. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with his awesome guidebook. They made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this awesome place for anyone looking for a relaxing, fun and family-friendly getaway in Costa Rica. We can't wait to return!

We absolutely LOVED this place! Very spacious for our family of 4 (two teenagers who each had their own room). The concierge service was super helpful and friendly any time we reached out to them. We booked an ATV excursion through them and there were several other great options. The place was beautifully decorated along with all the necessities you would need in the kitchen. We stopped at the Price Smart(like a Costco) after we got our rental car for groceries, so glad we did that! There is a small grocery store in Brasilito for smaller items as well. The Beach Club was a wonderful perk to have access to other pools, a gym, and the beach. Definitely plan on coming back to this place!

Absolutely loved this place! Very nice and cozy apartment with a superb location near restaurants and only 500 meters from the beach! I will definitely be staying there again!!!

This place is big and perfect for a long stay, or short vacation. It had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable and it’s in a quiet area with a beautiful balcony to bird watch. The beach and beach club were very easy to get to. I one even offered us the use of his golf cart while we were there. The service at the restaurants was amazing. Tom was a fantastic host. He always responded promptly and answered my questions and offered recommendations whenever we needed them. We were able to park in a spot very close to the condo which made coming and going and carrying luggage easy. Highly recommend staying in Tom’s place. You will not be disappointed

David runs his business just like I do. It’s very simple honestly and integrity! You can believe everything he says in his ad. More importantly he stands behind everything he says or does. We had an incredible time staying there and can’t believe how inexpensive it was. You would be hard pressed to find nicer for twice the price. To give you an example of how he stands behind everything. He recommended a tour operator who was not exactly forthright. This was certainly not David’s fault but he came over immediately and without hesitation to refund my money. I really didn’t wanna take it from him since I felt it was not his responsibility, but he would not have it any other way. Just goes to show his integrity!!! His recommendations on restaurants was exceptional! You will never go wrong dealing with a man that has this much honor.
