Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Potomac River

I travel a lot with a group of 4-7 friends and we have booked many Locations, Melissa's house was the best. I can not list everything that made us feel at home but just to mention a few; The entire house is super clean and things are very well arranged, the kitchen is well stocked. I honestly never seen any other house this stocked, it will be very hard to open a cabinet and don't find what you need. The bathroom are not lacking anything, all the supplies you would want and more. Its in a very quite neighborhood easy to walk, find and access, the yard was very spacious with a perfect back porch. Melissa will proactively communicate and let you know everything in advance which made our stay easy and comfortable. I never had to reach out to ask for anything, and if i did, am sure she would be very responsive. I will be staying here whenever i am visiting the area in the future. Perfect house and worth every minute we had access to it.

Three Birds Cottage is conveniently located with good restaurants and cute shops within easy walking distance (I think I’ve parked farther from the door of Target) The town in general is very walkable. The cottage has the charm of a seaside getaway from a novel with all the comforts of home. It offers space for the whole family with 3 district seating areas and a dining room table that seats everyone. I particularly enjoyed sitting on the enclosed front porch reading. The host was fantastic: charming, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the area.

Our stay in Harpers Ferry was beyond our expectations. The house is fantastic - absolutely pristine and furnished with great care and attention. The setting is beautiful and we loved the town, the hikes, and hanging out on the deck. Erik's hosting was also a real highlight. He could not have been more friendly and helpful. Thank you so much, Erik, for all your did for us, including returning my lost phone so quickly! We truly appreciate it and hope to come back again very soon!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Oyster House. The home was beautifully decorated & in a very peaceful location. Had everything we needed and more. Our pups loved the big yard! Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

This was a return trip for our family to Sylvia’s Potomac house. Its close enough to DC to enjoy it but far enough for peace and quiet. We have a large family and require wheelchair access and she was very accommodating to our changing needs and had the beds configured as we asked when we arrived. The location is peaceful but jot so remote you cant get delivery services. The house is always well stocked. Sylvia makes staying away from home easier for our family.

Michele and Mark’s picturesque farmhouse is a peaceful retreat without being too far at all from civilization. Thoroughly renovated and meticulously maintained, it sits on the top of a hill with a river confluence down below. Downingtown is a charming location with great restaurants. Downingtown Manor was a great choice for beautiful views, a uniquely quaint property, and proximity to all kinds of attractions.

We had a great two-night stay! The home was comfortable and appropriately furnished. The massive collection of Gettysburg-related books was impressive and we made sure to enjoy the back patio grill, along with enjoying the rose bushes. The roasted coffee beans were a nice touch. The location is very walkable whether it be to other locations in Gettysburg proper, or for a longer more-scenic walk up to Culp's Hill. The churches next door at first were daunting from a noise perspective (we stayed through a Sunday) but the historic bells (apparently they were present for Lincoln's Address) didn't toll until close to 9am, not bad! Altogether a very pleasant stay that can fulfill the needs of a larger party (4-6). Would stay again!

We had an amazing time staying at Vanessa’s place. She goes above and beyond to provide everything that anyone could need and more including extra razors, q tips, and even local goodies. It was so clean and had enough room for my sister’s wheelchair to get through easily. We loved having the shower chair, grab bars, ramp, and wide spaces. Snickers, the cat, and all of the farm animals added an extra special touch to the trip. We came here to go to Sight and Sound and ended up going to so many places because of how local Vanessa’s place is to everything. We cannot wait to come back and spend more time in this gem. Vanessa is a great host that knows how to keep her guests happy and feel right at home in the space. Thank you so much!

Maricel’s place was in the perfect location and was exactly what we were looking for. She was incredibly friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Michael’s place was central to all our activities in DC as well as in Georgetown. We enjoyed our stay!

I travel to DC a couple of times a year for work and usually stay on H street. This was probably my favorite H Street spot. I would stay here again!

We have stayed at Russ's place numerous times over the years. It is so easy to navigate visiting a busy college student, having easy access to campus, athletic fields, coffee shop, restaurants, Food Co-op, and pub all within short distance. And the train station! It just made coordinating so easy when you are "right there". Thanks Russ!

The place was a great value and very close to seven springs. We liked the convenience of the school bus shuttle and thoughtful touches such as tissue boxes and hair conditioner which many B&Bs surprisingly do not provide. The owner was responsive. Evolve really didn't do anything except send me instructions. I had no means to communicate with them.

This condo was perfect for a small family attending a graduation at Liberty University. It was clean and included wonderful information in the guest binder. The main bathroom layout is very unique and I wish there were better views of the mountains. However, the condo is close to anything you would need.

We enjoyed our weekend very much! This condo it close to the trails we love. Very comfortable, we really felt at home. The bottom floor with the walk out in the back was very convenient for our dogs for quick walks etc. We would love to stay again the future!

The three of us found this condo to be the perfect size and very comfortable. We made meals in the full kitchen and enjoyed the fireplace. Well appointed, we never were without something we needed. We will come back.

Nice apartment, with a host who was very responsive and accommodating. That part gets 5 stars! The management company, Evolve, was not so great. Booked here because it allowed pets, and expected to pay a pet fee. The listing made it seem as if the fee was already included (Evolve’s paperwork noted the pet, and the fee amount was not listed separately). Was then hit with a $150 pet fee as we checked in. An exorbitant fee fora 2 night stay, and one that that should have been disclosed in the listing. Overall, nice apartment and great host, but don’t bring a pet. And ask about undisclosed fees.

Very happy. Ease of booking, instructions, cleanliness, and prompt communication all made this a must do again experience.

Beautiful place to stay across from Meridian Hill Park. Home was very comfortable & had many modern amenities. We felt very comfortable here. Highly recommend !!
