Beautiful newly renovated villa in a development with swings, swimming pool, green areas and parking. It has four floors, the main one with entrance porch, dining room with fireplace and open kitchen facing another porch and private garden with barbecue. On the ground floor we have enabled a large living room and a laundry toilet. The two upper floors have two bedrooms and a bathroom in each, the first with a large balcony in each bedroom. Very quiet location, stunning views.

La Finca Roja Exclusiva

La Finca Roja is a terrein with 3 holiday homes on the edge of Potes, just for you and your family or friends. The finca is a wonderful place to relax and recover from your activities in the surrounding mountains. Cool off in the pool, rest on the sunbeds while the children jump on the trampoline. Enjoy the organic wine from the own vineyard, on the terrace or in the BBQ area. A 10 min. walk to the center of Potes and 20 min. drive to Fuente De gondola.

The house has been decorated with all our love waiting for you to feel as comfortable as in your own home and enjoy a pleasant vacation. On the first floor it has a living-dining room with terrace , terrace , fully equipped kitchen, and toilet. On the second floor it has two very cozy rooms and a full bathroom. The house has a swimming pool and views of Picos de Europa. From the house you can walk out to take mountain trails and enjoy the view.
