I stayed for a few days at Anna's place with my dog. It was wonderful! Right in the middle of nature in a small village, there are plenty of trails to hike around this area. Anna and her family were incredibly friendly. Anna even took the time to show me around the village and its church! The apartment is very cozy, with a beautiful wood stove. I highly recommend!

Francesco is a welcoming and available guest. We recommend it.

We stayed at Ilaria's during our summer vacation. We had a great time in the apartment, all renovated, which gave the impression of feeling at home. Ilaria welcomed us very well, giving us information about places to see and foods to try. Too bad about the shower, because the showerhead was malfunctioning, but nothing that can't be repaired.

Angela is an amazing person, the accommodation offered is superb, the place is quiet and restful, the pool is a real plus, and the garden with sunbed and hammock is great. Angela recommended us restaurants that were divine, where we were welcomed great, she had even booked for us! In short, go there without so much as a second thought. Big favorite for Malaika and especially Nana, her dogs who are so adorable!

In one of the most beautiful towns in Italy, the location, a complete apartment, was in a beautiful home. Beautiful streets and very well maintained, a good supermarket, beautiful views on all sides. Too bad the directions, because we had driven into the village on the wrong side, was no longer correct, but with the help of all people from the village we ended up getting there. Highly recommended if you like old and tranquility, the surroundings are okay, but no things nearby.

A lovely apartment with the benefit of private parking. Anna met us on our arrival and was very welcoming. The apartment was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. Nice touches of water, coffee and breakfast was a bonus. Excellent location for exploring the local area. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

More than perfect! The unit was newly refinished, but with the amazing touches of vintage items giving the space an authentic feel, but new and stylish at the same time! Located literally steps away from the center of town, yet felt like I was in a small group of homes among wonderful neighbors. I enjoyed moving the table over toward the balcony to do my work and watching the neighbors go about their daily life. Two times a week a van comes by the neighborhood and sells fresh mozzarella, which I took full advantage of! It was really such an authentic, comfortable stay I can't wait to come back! Michela was very helpful answering any questions I had and gave me helpful tips for what to see on my stay. Highly recommend!!

This is an ideal place from which to explore the eastern Basilicata as well as providing a stylish and quiet home base for a couple of days. Views from the terrace were very special.

If we could give 6 stars to Michela and Angelo and their bnb, we would. Fantastic hosts and absolutely stunning apartments. First, Sasso di Castalda is a wonderful town, especially if you like hiking and exploring. Unlike some hilltop towns, here, you can meander anywhere...and there are stunning views and vistas around every corner. The Tibetan Bridge is just a 5 minute walk from the apartment and there is a restaurant, pub, minimarket, and Michela and Angelo's grocery with tasty, locally produced foods within easy walking distance. The town is super safe and free parking is located on the street immediately in front of the apartment. The road down the hill from the unit is a little steep and narrow, so be prepared, but the street that the apartment is on is plenty wide enough for safe street parking. The two bedrooms are nearly identical. Both have large and beautifully designed and fixtured, ensuite bathrooms with plentiful  hot water. The apartment was designed by a Sicilian architect who did an amazing job of designing such beautiful spaces. Subtle design transparencies, layering, textural, and material changes are used throughout to give an open and light feeling to the rooms. The rooms were spotless and impeccably cleaned and maintained. And the breakfast!We have to leave or we'd be 600 pounds! Michela baked torts, cakes, and cupcakes. Angelo hadocally-sourced cheese and meat slices. Fruit, juices, toast, bread....and copious amounts of coffee, cappuccino, and espressi! We found it hard to leave and wished we had stayed longer. We see good things in the future for the town and for our hosts. Highly recommend. Twoat items, this is neither the town or place to stay if you are mobility challenged. Also there are church bells that toll, which we found charming an appropriate but others may not.

Antonietta has a truly beautiful apartment with art deco and stunning furnishings. There is a wonderful patio, the kitchen is very well equipped, TV, Internet...everything!! We loved it.

Hi everyone, Paolo's place is as advertised in the photos. It's easy to access and also to park. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

we stayed here one night, me and friends because we were hiking nearby the next morning, but even though it was a one-day experience it was really positive. We were well received , the owner and her son made us find the house not only impeccable, but also full of food, a gesture of hospitality that can hardly be seen elsewhere. Throughout their stay, they were always available for any need, from information about the area to the heating support. They also gave us the opportunity to have lunch and wash us the next morning without any problems, demonstrating an availability and humanity that goes far beyond the simple rental of a place to stay.

Lovely place, lovely home. Nice and clean. Everything you need, and more...Lovely lady from upstairs is on hand to welcome you and help you with anything you need. The place has a bakery, butchers a few bars and restaurants near by. Also a mini Market. Very friendly people around. Very welcoming....would definitely stay there again. Well worth the money.

This was such a gem of an airbnb. Pierluigi and Titi communicated with us brilliantly as soon as we booked. We got married while staying and they helped us when we faced changes and. The airbnb is beautiful, the view from the windows is lile waking up to a postcard, we never got used to its beauty while we stayed! The pool is in a beautiful enclosed garden, kept pristine with immaculate lawns and a clean, large pool with adequate seating and umbrellas to use. It is so quiet up there all we could hear was the birds (and our own children!) While there, if we messaged for anything such as a recommendation, the reply was fast and carefully thought out. The apartment itself was spotless, very well equip and comfy. A hot powerful shower, full kitchen and plenty of communal space. We cannot recommend this place enough, it is a dream destination with utter tranquility and views you will remember forever. Surrounded by vineyards, countryside and farm land. The hosts make it even better!

Clean accommodation located in a panoramic spot

great place for quiet stay out of daily stress; it feels like going back in time. Spectacular landscapes and surroundings. The country has everything you need, maybe a restaurant is missing. The locals are very friendly and friendly.

Marina and Vincenzo are perhaps among the few who embody the spirit with which, I believe, Airbnb was born: having guests in their own home for their own pleasure and, of course, that of the guest. We had a great time and as others have already written, Casa Marina deserves not 5 but 6 stars. The house is perfect in all respects and the spaces that guests enjoy are the result of a renovation not only beautiful but "reasoned". A very high and well-ventilated attic. Great, then open half of the attic to get the terrace with a non-trivial view: yes, of course you can see the sea, but the sea can be reached with your eyes after the view has wandered, remarrying, on the hills of the beautiful Ceraso countryside and the Palistro valley. The house is on the edge of the historic center, already almost among the gardens, in a corner that Vincenzo and Marina have strongly helped to redevelop everything to the advantage of the country. You can park comfortably a few dozen meters away and you can walk to the cottage. Don't be afraid to forget about your trip. At home you will find everything you need and more: from the creams, masks, soaps, razors, tweezers and everything you need for the care of your body, to the umbrella and the raincoats, to the anklet for an unwanted twist, to the ghosts, and then games and readings for children, the high chair, some numbers (now I think, unavailable) by Zagor or Tex...And of course there is everything to experience the house, for example for the kitchen. And precisely because Marina and Vincenzo are welcoming friends and not renting a house, you will find everything for breakfast and to organize a first dinner upon arrival, tasting the produce of the garden and a welcome limoncello made by Marina. Marina and Vincenzo combine the two hospitality, Cilento and Neapolitan, in an excellent way and pamper you as real friends would. They gave us wines to better welcome us, a friend we hadn't seen in a long time. This was a very nice experience. In short, a house to discover (this is fun too...) and a couple to meet.
