In the courtyard, there's a swimming pool with a shallow section for children, ideal for carefree enjoyment for all generations. Around the pool there is a sunbathing area with deck chairs, a garden, an orchard, a children's playground with swings, a slide, a children's playhouse, table tennis, and a fully equipped summer house with a fireplace. The villa has a total of four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

In the 'white part' here are three spacious floors with 140 m2. On the ground floor there is kitchen,dining room,gym and laundry and on the first floor there is living room an one bedroom.On second floor there is two bedrooms. The 'brown part' has two bedroom,kitchen,living room,bathroom and toilet.
