A unique apartment in an absolutely secluded location in the Bavarian Forest awaits you. As a dog owner, you will have a particularly good time with us. Your furry friend can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog lawn. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog lawn. In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

Gemütliche 1 Zimmer Souterrain Wohnung im Bayerischen Wald Raus aus der Hektik, rein in die Stille. Im Sommer angenehm kühl, im Winter kuschelig warm. 38 km entfernt v. Regensburg. Eingebettet in kraftvolle Natur, gleich vor der Haustür. Mein großer Naturgarten liegt direkt am Waldrand. Da ist genügend Platz, um auch ungestört für sich zu sein. Součástí yurty je wellness, které se doplácí na místě ( 20€/den) Nebojte po rezervaci se vám včas ozveme a veškeré doplňkové služby si potvrdíme. Užijte si nádherný výhled na rybník přímo z yurty. Kolem Vás bude pobíhat stádo oveček. Objekt je oplocen. Kdyby Vám cokoli chybělo, lze využít služby zavedeného penzionu, který je od yurty “pár” kroků, ale i přesto se budete cítit jako na samotě.

Nearby are many water sports such as diving, SUP, windsurfing, wakeboarding or just swimming, hiking and cycling. The proximity to the Naab also makes it very attractive for anglers. A country inn with a beautiful beer garden is right across the street. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
