Our guest house is a 9-square-meter yard building, where you will find basic kitchen utensils. There is an outdoor toilet at the back of the house and a wood-heated sauna next to it. The atmosphere is also brought by a wood-fired grill. The room has a radiator for cool nights and a fan for heat. The old henhouse will stay quite cool even on the hottest days. We and our neighbors have dogs, so your dogs are welcome too. Keep in mind that dogs can make noise during the day. The room height in the yard building is 195 cm.

Upstairs there is a bedroom (double bed 160cm wide) and a lounge room for watching TV. There is a terrace in the yard for hanging out and barbecuing. Free parking and Wi-Fi. Walking distance to everywhere.

The house is located in a calm and friendly neighbourhood in a central location of Porvoo with walking or biking distance to the Old Town, the Porvoo river, restaurants, cafées, grocery store or the hospital. The house is a newly renovated, spacious and stylish home with lots of natural light and windows.

Kodikas ja rauhallinen, ilmastoitu yksiö/mökki meren rannalla n. 4 km Loviisan keskustasta. Erillinen pieni talo sijaitsee omistajan talon vieressä. Rakennettu 2023. Monipuoliset ulkoilu- ja liikuntamahdollisuudet lähimetsissä ja merellä. Perille pääsee myös pyörällä tai vaikka meloen. Loviisan keskustan palvelut lähellä (n.4 km). Huoneisto on pieni ja näppärä (n. 18m2) ja sopii siksi parhaiten 2 hengelle (lisäpatja mahdollinen lapselle). Suihkuun mennään ulkokautta, rantatohvelit on.

Vierasmajassa on oma sisäänkäynti, ennen sisäänkäyntiä on pienet rappuset ja makuuparvelle jyrkähköt portaat. Säädettävä ilmanvaihto, tuuletin, tuuletus-ikkuna ja maalämpö lattialämmityksellä. Uimiseen sopii parhaiten lähistöllä sijaitseva puhdasvetinen lampi. Alue on luonnonsuojelualue ja sopii hyvin luontoihmisille.

The apartment is well equipped with a dish washer and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are included for the stay. The bed is 140cm wide, the sofa bed has an extra mattress for comfort. Air mattress can be added.
