Holiday rentals with breakfast in Portsmouth Harbour

The Studio was perfect; so well thought out and designed. West Meon is gorgeous, and we followed recommendations for local meals and walks. In addition to being lovely, the room was extremely comfortable with everything you could need. Connie and Michael were thoughtful and welcoming hosts who really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

We had a lovely second stay at Shaun’s house. All great and just as good as the first time 😀

Lovely clean property and a stone throw from the village high street which had lovely Pubs and shops. Lovely area to walk your dogs if you have any. Throughly enjoyable stay

Really enjoyed our stay. The barn was beautiful. The beds were really comfortable. The welcome hamper was amazing, cracking wine 🍷 🙏🏻 Alison was friendly and checks in on us while giving us plenty of space too. A really great base to explore West Sussex and Hampshire. Easy to find and tons to do locally. Thanks for a lovely stay 🙏🏻

Persephone, was the perfect host, very helpful and made me feel at home, the house was spotless and the room was comfortable and clean, Persephone was so helpful with guidance on how to get to the city the quickest way and how to get around. I would definitely recommend staying with Persephone she is a fabulous host.

The Cherry Pip was absolutely perfect for us - so cosy and comfortable. Olivia is a brilliant host, and was very generous in accommodating our additional requests. We have already recommended to friends and family.

Lovely clean and comfortable apartment right by the sea and a pleasant 40 minute walk to the historic dockyard. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable for a short stay for two people, with plenty of pubs and places to eat to choose from in the nearby area, we would definitely stay there again!

The annexe was easy to find and spotlessly clean - I don’t think we’ve ever stayed in a cleaner property. There was plenty of parking space for both ours and the owner’s cars in the driveway. Communication was very solicitous and helpful. Lots of useful information ref pubs and shops etc. was provided in the annexe. A nice touch was the filled fruit bowl and the breakfast cereals along with fresh milk, juice and water for our use. The living space was small but the bedroom was roomy and light with an extremely comfortable bed and bed linen. The bathroom was sparkling clean and with plenty of hot water in the shower. It was a convenient location for many of the pleasant towns and villages in West Sussex.

I was really please to be able to book Alf's B&B at short notice. Having stayed there before, I knew what to expect and I wasn't disappointed. The location is great for both the beach and town, and Bognor is a good place to uses as a hub for visiting the local attractions. I would highly recommend Alf to anyone wishing to stay in Bognor and I look forward hopefully, to staying there again in the future.

We had a lovely stay at Diana’s and would definitely stay again. Nothing was too much trouble, Hythe village is walkable and the apartment was lovely - extremely well appointed and even better than the photos.

The location was perfect as we were staying there as my sister lived two minutes away and we had gone to attend my brother in laws funeral but equally it would be ideal for visiting Chichester and the surrounding area. There was all we needed for a two night stay but would be great for a longer stay as well.

sehr sehr schöne private und vor allem saubere unterkunft mit eigener parkgarage und eigenem lift für das arpartement. super aussicht aufs wasser, man kann viele grosse schiffe beobachten. trotz der zentralen lage ist es sehr ruhig. zu fuss kann man in kürzester zeit viele tolle dinge in der nähe entdecken. egal ob aussichtspunkte, shopping oder pubs und restaurants. wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

I felt very welcome in Abigail's home. Very comfortable, lovely night's sleep, excellent breakfast including eggs from Abigail's hens. Abigail's communication was perfect. Overall, this was just what I needed. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings. One bonus was seeing a pair of partridges feeding in the orchard at the back - I think they were the barbary variety.

Lucy’s home is delightful. And the room was fantastic. Roomy, beyond generous amenities such as tea and toaster and more, clean, easy to get to and close to the active town of Petersfield. All in all one of the top Airbnb stays I’ve experienced. I want to return home and make shifts to my Airbnb room based on what I’ve experienced w Lucy.

Lovely peaceful, airy room with a very comfortable bed and super shower in the en suite bathroom. Venetia put fresh flowers by the bedside, which was such a nice touch. She also kindly provided us with breakfast early as I was going off to do the local parkrun (also nearby). And the breakfast was great. All in all, this was a perfect overnight stop for us for our visit to the theatre and my Saturday morning run. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay in the Annex. It was very cozy and the grounds were beautiful with lots to do. We brought our dog with us and he loved the fenced paddock and field across the road. Our daughter loved the kids play area and we also had great fun on the massive trampoline! Runner ducks and peacocks in the garden! Winchester was a 20 min drive. All-in-all a brilliant few days!

This was the second time at Liz and Steve's, and also this time everything went perfectly well. Liz and Steve, thank you for your hospitality. Hope to stay at your home again in the future.

Just wanted to say how amazing Sophie has been from start to finish. We booked this one year in advance and Sophie was always on hand with any questions. Probably one of the best service we had ever. The place Sophie has is beautiful. The photos do not do this place justice. We thank you for such an amazing safe space to visit.

I very much enjoyed my 2 nights at Helen's, a delightful host who made me very at ease and comfortable coming into her home. I would certainly stay there again.
