Our beautiful vacation condo is located in El Molinar - a neighbourhood of Palma de Mallorca within walking distance of Portixol, famous for being Palma’s “it”-neighbourhood. With only 150 m from the house to the sea, you live in a peaceful, village-esque atmosphere. A 5-minute stroll takes you to Molinar’s yacht harbour and continuing along the coast, you arrive in Portixol to enjoy the beachside promenade with its colourful collection of bars and restaurants.

Centrally located with short distances to the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca, to Palma and other excursion destinations. The bus station Llucmajor/Son Noguera is 7 minutes walk from us. An airport bus also runs from May to October. The tourist tax charged here is included.
