Beautiful villa 10min walk from a small town with everything you need. 15mins drive from Santanyí if you want a bigger town. The villa has lots of fun amenities to take advantage of and everything was clean and perfectly set out for us including a welcome basket with wine when we checked in! Anabel was also super responsive and helpful with whatever we needed.

The house corresponds to the description and the photos. The hostess Florence was extremely friendly and quickly accessible when something broke and brought a replacement within a few hours. Checking in late in the evening was also not an issue. One of the three bedrooms has only a 1.40 m bed, which could be too small for 2 people. This should be noted if you want to arrive with 6 people. Otherwise, everything was great!

We really enjoyed our time at this house. We loved a dip in the pool each morning. The house was very clean and the location is very peaceful.

Fabulous place in a quiet location, but not far from the center of Santanyí with great starting point for excursions. We felt very comfortable as a family with small children. We liked the pool best. Roberto was always available and very helpful. I'm sure we'll be back!

There were twelve of us at the finca for a week. The location is perfect: small supermarket less than 5 minutes' walk away, larger supermarket about 15 minutes' walk away. A large selection of restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity, the beach Cala Marçal is about 7 minutes away. The finca is superbly equipped, rooms clean and spacious. Great terraces, beautiful pool and friendly host. Was a wonderful holiday in a beautiful finca, which we can 100% recommend!

Great place, very private at the end of a dirt road (need a car), lost in nature. Very few neighbors but far away and you cannot see other houses from Maria’s place. If you want a tranquil and serene place, this is it! The lap pool is very nice and the house is quaint and small but had all we needed. As mentioned by other reviews, the beds are not very comfortable and the phone/wifi extremely spotty.

An absolute dream right by the sea! The house was just perfect – with a breathtaking view directly of the sea, which we enjoyed every morning and evening from the terrace. Three bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen also have sea views. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired – everything was super clean, high-quality and thoughtfully furnished. The cave in the cellar, which leads to a direct access to the sea, is also unique. From there, we went out to sea a few times by canoe or stand-up paddle (which Roman provided free of charge!). I would especially like to highlight Roman as a host: extremely helpful, warm and with great tips on restaurants and excursions that really enriched our stay. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment and would come back any time.

We had a wonderful stay in this fantastically beautiful finca! The house is very well maintained, stylishly furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The large pool and barbecue area are particularly noteworthy – perfect for relaxing days and cosy evenings. The landlord was always available and immediately helped in person with questions or minor problems. The contact was very friendly and uncomplicated. We can absolutely recommend this finca and will be happy to come back!

Beautiful accommodation where we felt very comfortable from the first moment. You can linger for hours both inside and outside – everything is lovingly designed and invites you to relax. We were particularly pleased with the small gift on arrival: water, bread, fruit, cheese and eggs – a very warm gesture! We would have liked to stay longer and would like to come back.

We spent a few incredible days at Sa Carrotja. We were looking for privacy and tranquility, and we found it all here. The private pool and the calm surroundings were the best. The location is great because it's very close to beautiful beaches. Definitely a totally recommended place.

Beautiful place with plenty of privacy. Everything there to cook, comfortable beds, quiet location, sea in a minute in sight (cliffs). There are several beautiful bays for swimming that are easily accessible on foot in about 10-15 minutes. As well as the city centre of Cala d'or, about 20 minutes on foot. Several excursion destinations nearby. Car recommended. I would come back immediately, we liked it very much.

we were there for 16 days. We felt comfortable right away. Great house. Nina is a great host, immediately available if there are any questions. Those who, like me, unfortunately also have to work on holiday, should know that the WLAN is a bit bumpy on the roof terrace and on the 1st floor. But that didn't spoil the holiday.

We had a wonderful time! The house is beautiful and all the facilities you need are there. Upon arrival, there was a lot of groceries put down so you didn't have to go to the store right away. The house is decorated with great attention to detail, and in every corner you will find special accessories, furniture or art. It was great to discover all that! The host is really friendly and helpful and responds right away. We will definately come back!

We loved our stay at Miguel‘s home! It is beautiful and ideally located to explore the island. The house feels like a home and the big pool and large garden are amazing for days where you don‘t want to leave the house. We felt right at home and can reccommend the house fully.

Very quiet area. Outdoor area very well maintained. Interior with authentic furnishings. Outdoor kitchen and barbecue, with refrigerator and seating, TOP. Within a 20-minute drive., restaurants/swimming coves/shops/disposal etc. are accessible. The communication was quick. I would be happy to come back when the public access road has been cleared.

Lovely place around the corner from the centre of Santanyi

We stayed in Stephan's place for 10days end of Feb and beginning of March. Although the weather was not the best with sunshine on and off, this house is a gem--beautiful and warm! We stayed with our infant daughter who just started to crawl and she enjoyed exploring every inch of the house. It is a perfect place for staying with a little one. The host provided highchair and crib and was super responsive. We would come again!

The house is exactly as in the pictures. Spectacular view, comfortable beds and bathrooms, very quiet area, well equipped and close to many beautiful beaches. Oliver is friendly and responds promptly. I recommend it.
