Family-friendly holiday rentals in Porto Rosso

A beautiful place, with a lovely separate kitchen w/ table that opens out to gardens. A very kind family hosting! There’s a few great restaurants walkable, or the center of town is walkable in 20 minutes, a busy road but with a walking zone. Overall a very nice stay, and Ceglie is a lovely town to explore.

Everything was fantastic, and the apartment and the location and the hosts, we had delicious gifts, the beds were very comfortable, it's cozy and has everything we needed, we will come back again if we are visiting Bari again!

Our stay at Filippo's apartment was fantastic. Easy to communicate with and check in was very smooth. We accidentally used something with the wrong power rating and blew a fuse and Filippo was so kind and responsive to help us with our mistake. Very convenient with a family of four to have one room with two single beds for the kids and a second bedroom with a double bed for the parents. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well! The two full bathrooms were also very convenient and appreciated! The kitchen was even stocked with the basics to get you started such as water, juice, snacks. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Bari!

Manuela welcomed us with wine and fresh bread. She has a really cozy Bnb, she is super friendly and helpful and the apartment is fully equipped. We enjoyed our stay a lot 🥰

Charming Trullo and a Wonderful Experience We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful trullo house in Italy. It was cozy, clean, and full of character. The location was peaceful and perfect for relaxing. One of the loveliest surprises was the food left for us – such a thoughtful and generous gesture! We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would gladly return again. Highly recommended!

We rented Marilena’s trullo for 7 nights in March 2025. The trullo is really beautiful and cosy, although it takes some time getting used to at first (esp. the small kitchen and keeping the place warm via stove). We had been there before the peak season with pre-season construction works ongoing and tools lying around (not ideal with small kids) but I am guessing the place is even more beautiful and magical in the summer. The trullo is located about 20mins walk to Alberobello, otherwise not much to do / see without a car. Marilena, on the other hand, was a superb host: always responsive, polite and readily available to help with anything we needed. Would absolutely recommend this place!

We had a brilliant stay, Domenico was an exceptional host, very responsive and helpful, always quick to reply and full of fantastic local recommendations. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the location was ideal, just a short 10 minute walk to the charming old town. The apartment was modern, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor terrace was amazing, and the hot tub was a great addition, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. We used this place as our base while staying in Puglia for a week, and it was the perfect location for day trips to nearby towns and attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This was the best place we could dream of. We came to see Tulli and now stayed in the most beautiful trullo, in the very best location to find peace. We were welcomed by Luciana in a parking lot at Locorotondo with a warmth that was unique. She showed us the way through the fields and the small settlement to our magical trullo. The decor and renovation is very stylish. The amenities practical, the hot tub (used at sunrise ) next to the terrace unforgettable. We stayed here in mid-April and only needed the heating briefly. The fields were lush green and full of poppies. The olive groves are very well-maintained. In order to have the memories at this magical place present for as long as possible, we were able to buy the olive oil from the surrounding fields from Pierpaolo. The beautiful surroundings and the cities offer so many possibilities that we will stay 1 week next time and rent a bike in addition to the car.

We spent over a month in this lovely villa among olive groves and it was the perfect time. The home is completely independent, well-decorated, and well-equipped. On the roof terrace overlooking Ostuni and the sea. It's quiet, nature, and trulli. Nicla left all the recommendations she needed. We recommend it with all your heart if you want to relax and explore Puglia - this house is just wonderful.

The Trullo is located in a quiet, peaceful setting about 10 minutes from Alberobello. It was a good base to visit surrounding towns. It is 2 separate apartments each with their own kitchen and bathroom. We were 2 single women travelling so we each had our own space. There was a selection of breakfast items and a coffee machine so that we could begin our mornings You absolutely need a car. There is only one restaurant in the small town of Coreggia. Reservations are recommended. The restaurant is closed Tuesday. I recommend getting a few groceries to have in your fridge. Lucia was a great, generous and accomodating host! Due to illness, we had to delay our arrival by 4 days. There happened to still be availability beyond our original booking date. We were able to extend the reservation, without being charged for the extra days. I can't thank Lucia enough! Lei è stata gentilissima!!!

So far, we've stayed in nearly 20 Airbnb stays, but Carmen's house was outstanding, just wonderful. It is located in a very good and peaceful place surrounded by an olive grove, the interior of the house is especially beautiful, much nicer than the pictures. Carmen was the nicest, most welcoming host we've ever had. We had an inconvenience in Bari and Carmen gave us maximum help, acted like we were family and divorced. If someone is looking for a really good place in this neighborhood, I wholeheartedly recommend Carmen's house.

Really beautiful house to the point that the photos in my opinion do not do it justice. The property is really huge and that for those looking for relaxation it is really ideal. The pool area is fantastic but in general the whole context is 10 and praises. Another positive note: despite being in the middle of August, we never suffered the heat without using air conditioning ; the exposure of the property, winds and thick pines ensure a very pleasant temperature even in August

The trulli was lovely and Giulia was gracious, kind and very helpful. Amazing breakfast room with house made treats made our stay extra special. We highly recommend this stay!

A wonderful stay at Grumo Appula. You feel at home with a neat and decorated apartment. The village is extremely pleasant. You get used to it quickly (the train in particular… 40 min from Bari but it's easy) Thanks again!

Our stay at Nadia's apartment was great, a breathtaking view, very quiet, and Nadia is an exceptional, generous and curious person. A pleasure in every respect!

A few words won't suffice--what a pleasure! Pierfrancesco was the consummate host, going above and beyond anything we could imagine. Unfailingly considerate, he saw to every detail, insuring that we had breakfast, maid service, and other amenities never previously encountered in an Airbnb. The small suite was immaculate, with ample air conditioning during the heat wave we first endured, and comfortable in every respect. The gardens were all ours--lovely in their Pugliese setting. The swimming pool was the icing on the cake, a much-needed respite after days of sightseeing and beach excursions. It will be hard to top the experience!

We loved Villa Aurelia. It was clean and spacious and the grounds on which the property stands is expansive and lush with olive trees, which our two little dachshunds loved. We felt right at home and stayed for nearly a month. Sofia was wonderful, kind, and available. The home itself has so much character and we loved the privacy. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and the location is the perfect base in which to explore Puglia. We loved it and would come back and stay again. The standout was our lovely hostess Sofia who made sure we were always looked after. We bought some of the olive oil that they make and it is wonderful. Thanks very much for such a wonderful stay- it made our 6 weeks in Puglia magnificent.

We have rarely seen an accommodation of this quality: site, originality of the architecture (Trulli), very neat decoration, comfort, equipment... and what an amazing pool! We were very warmly welcomed by Andréa who, throughout the stay, was very attentive. We even had a croissants delivery on the day of checkout! We sincerely thank him for everything! This beautiful house, located near Noci, Alberobello or Martina Franca, makes it possible to get to Bari, Monopoli, Poligano a Mare, Tarente, Matera... so it's ideal for discovering Puglia! Thanks again, Andrea, for allowing us this wonderful family travel experience! If we have to come back to the area, it will obviously be your home!

Cozy, spacious accommodation with great outdoor area. The saltwater pool and outdoor shower are fantastic. The kitchen is great, everything is taken care of. There are games, books, loungers and water play equipment for outdoors. We were very happy to use the outdoor kitchen, a highlight is the large grill. The house is very quiet, the huge garden with the fruit trees (which you can eat from) is also great for children. The landlord is incredibly helpful and available at any time. A car is necessary to visit the small and large cities around. We had a great time here, even in wind and rain you can find a dry place on the large covered terrace. We will be happy to come back, thanks for everything!

A beautiful airbnb with an excellent host! The trullo was very well appointed and lovely to stay in, and Anna was so friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful to us. We were also fortunate enough to experience Anna’s sister’s cooking one night, which we highly recommend! 10/10 experience.

A really beautiful location to relax for a week with friends. Two beautiful cats were always wandering around as well which always helps! An excellent spot for large groups of friends and family.

Lovely stay outside of Ostuni at Laura's place. The house is very well equipped with several bedrooms nicely spaced out across the large home. The pool was lovely (though not heater) and the grounds are beautiful, with a children's play structure on property and two adorable donkey's roaming the grounds. Very nice stay. Thank you for having us!

Marco's place was a fantastic find, we were met by Marco's lovely parents who gave us a tour of the place and showed us how to use the facilities and left their number in case of any problems. The Trulli house was beautiful and was everthing we had hoped for and a perfect base for exploring Puglia. The Trulli has both an indoor kitchen and a superb outdoor kitchen/ dining area which consisted of every facility you could need including a BBQ area and a Pizza oven. The pool area is stunning and a beautiful place to relax, surrounded by the lovely garden area full of herbs, plants and Olive trees, the inclusion of wi-fi speakers in the outdoor areas is a bonus and allowed us to play some chilled out music by the pool. All in all we could not fault Marco's stunning Trulli and would highly reccomend it to anyone wanting an authentic place in Puglia to enjoy a break. Thank you Marco John & Ann.

we were welcomed by Luca and her dad as soon as we arrived late like Kings! we ate excellent pizza in the restaurant of Luca. then Gino offered us a bigger accommodation on site and this, for the same price!!! we had at the start villa celestina for 3 adults. we had the Opale villa with 2 bedrooms. great! impeccable cleanliness of the place. beautiful garden with olive trees, 2 swimming pools, enough sunbeds with mattresses and in the evening, all lit with lanterns. fairytale. only small less positive point is the slowness of Wi-Fi. logical when you prefer to stay in the countryside. the photos on the site are really compliant with the place. not to mention the fresh vegetables that Gino gives us free of his vegetable garden every day.! in short, we highly recommend this place with such a warm welcome!!! thank you for all your kindness Gino. beautiful continuation to the whole family.
